Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spent over $80.00 two weeks ago and two of the meal boxes were not full and had enough for a few bites of noodles. When I called and spoke to them they said they were sorry and they would put my name on a list and the next time I ordered they would comp the meals. They wrote down my name and that was the end of the call. Today I ordered the two meals and two more for the rest of my family. On the phone the little girl said it would be around $40.00 and that when we got there she would comp the two meals from before. When my son showed up to get the meals they refused to comp the meals stating we should have brought the bad meals back two weeks ago. That was not part of the first conversation. Then proceeded to argue with my son over and over that he was not comping the meals and how he remembers two weeks ago because he always makes the meals correctly. After going back and forth they said they would comp one meal so needless to say my son said keep your food and left with nothing. While it was going on I had called the restaurant and the little teenage girl that answered the phone wanted to ague with me and refuse to let me speak to the manager. I am not one to normally make a post about a restaurant but the customer service we experienced tonight was so uncalled for over some noodles that they refused to honor after they had already committed to remaking. We arrived at our pickup time & they said they didn't have an order for us. I gave them my order number & then they seemed to have found my order but had never been put into the kitchen. They blamed this on a system reboot or something. Which fine i understand things happen. So They told us it would be another 20-25mins. We waited... So by this time it was an hour we waited for food. We had asked if they could do something for their mistake & they stated "No we only do discounts on food that was messed up & your food wasn't! Place your order by phone in the future so this doesn't happen!" We were shocked!! Really!!?? THEIR WEBSITE IS ONLY FOR ONLINE ORDERING!!?? Ordered carry out tonight, spent $55 because we added sushi to our order. It’s the last time we will order from here. Sushi was absolutely disgusting, the avocado was brown that was on top and the shrimp tempura inside wasn’t normal colored, took a bite of one piece and threw it away.
Our other entrees all tasted old and were all cold. Had to go back to get our sushi because the girl that handed us our food didn’t hand it to us, we assumed in the bag. Had to call and they said it was our fault we forgot it.The teenage girls are too worried about talking then working, when we picked it up there was only one couple eating inside. No excuse for my carry out to be cold.
Whoever the new owner is is AWFUL! Don’t waste your time...
