This Starbucks location receives more online orders than in person usually- service, as in most in the industry, depends on who you get. The day I was there, the store manager served us. She was absolutely lovely! Lovely! Received our drinks and under 4 minutes, and they were well made. Parking is typically tight, Wi-Fi is good (recommend nordvpn or similar of course), and both the interior and exterior are kept clean. This location is extremely impacted by the 680 on-ramp traffic! Prior to COVID this location was pretty solid. During and after COVID service deteriorated significantly and mobile orders and in store purchases were subject to inventory shortages and long delays. Nowadays it’s hit or miss. Sometimes they have what you want and are able to make a drink quickly. At other times the employees are overloaded and it takes 20 minutes to get an in store order, and mobile orders are 15-20 minutes late. This Starbucks is tucked into a little spot that blends with all of the other shops and restaurants in the area. The parking lot is typically busy so access isn’t always the best. The inside is a typical store though it seemed to be transitioning seasons when I visited so it was in a bit of disarray.
