First time visiting this Starbucks and I was looking for the cake pops for 2 separate birthdays. Upon entering the crew was working but no one said hi, hello are anything. My sister was with me. Only 1 person was inside. No one at drive thru. I looked over the coffee at the counter and a young girl came from back to take my order. I ask for 6 cake pops total. 2 of each of the flavors they had available...they had 3 different kinds ..took her a bit to understand what I was wanting. So had to ask for 2 strawberry pops. 2 chocolate. And the 2 last ones...then some other girl that came from back with a backpack in regular clothes rang me up. They were all young with not much manner's for the customers. I'm a previous restaurant owner and I was always taught as your customer enters the door speak up and say something so they feel welcomed in. Likely a happy customer will spend more. I got my cake pops. But will use other coffee shop next time for my gifts. Sorry Starbucks such a nice store to feel so unwelcomed to join for coffee. And my sister and I did not...
Read moreArrogant, rude staff - go to the other location. Every morning when I come in here to pick up a mobile order, I address the staff directly and say good morning. NONE of the staff have ever responded. Then, when I collect my order, I say "thank you" as I'm walking past the counter. NONE of the staff have ever responded. This has happened not just once or occasionally, but all the time: this Starbucks is developing a culture of rotten customer service, and very early in its existence, too. The issue isn't that the staff can't hear me or are just too busy to even acknowledge me, the issue is that they don't want to. Each time, they make a personal and collective choice to shun the customer's greeting and expressions of gratitude.
So, I get it; the staff here are too cool for the customers. No problem! I'll just never come here again, and that way I won't bother the staff. Instead I'll give my business back to the other location, where the staff are always friendly and...

Mornings at this Starbucks are a highlight of my day, thanks to Pam and the incredible team! Pam greets me by name with a warm smile, and her lighthearted attitude never fails to brighten my day. The entire staff shares that same welcoming energy, making every visit feel personal and inviting. As a coffee enthusiast, I may come for the coffee, but I stay because of the wonderful people who make this place special.
