I preordered a dozen donuts (5 hours beforehand) & the bagel bites. When I showed up, they was out of bagel bites. No big deal, i didn’t need them anyway. I’ll just get a refund. With an attitude, one of the ladies said “you need to do that with the app.” So I said no big deal (again) I can do that. I stand there for 10 minutes while one of the girls stands at the counter, having a chat on the phone with a man (not work related) & the other just seems to be wandering around doing nothing. I thought they was fixing the box of donuts I was waiting for. 10 minutes later, she rips the receipt off the counter & again, with attitude, states they’re out of 10 of the 12 donuts I preordered.
The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced & I try to give people grace - but they were awful. The attitude, the communication, the service.
Being out of donuts wasn’t an issue, I could’ve come back or just cancelled it all together & been on my way. How i was treated as a customer from the second I walked in, to the second I walked out was the issue.

When I pulled up to the window, he still had an attitude and said give mobile orders five minutes after you placed them and I had placed it 10 minutes prior and I had told him that I also said I don’t appreciate your tone. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Every experience something has been wrong. One time, my coffee was watered down. Two days in a row I ordered a hazelnut latte and got an original instead. If you're out of hazelnut let me know and I'll happily pick a different flavor, but don't leave me with a flavorless latte! Also one particular employee has judged me for getting shots of espresso in my coffee "you need to get some sleep" and "you know you can't live like this forever". 1. You're NOT my mom, 2. You're not my doctor and 3. You have no idea what my life is like. I am a nurse and work long 12 hour shifts, I am a masters student as well as having a chronic illnesses that causes fatigue.
