I had the misfortune of stopping here with a friend Friday August 9. All that was ordered was a medium frozen coke (which looked like a kid's size cup,), a Sprite (my friend had to say the name of the drink 3 times), a King Jr. No cheese and mayo and ketchup and a regular cheeseburger with mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles and tomato only.
This is certainly not an order which should have resulted in a wait of over 20 minutes while no less than 4 cars behind us got their food. They even brought the wrong food to the car.
When my frustration finally reached a point where I had to say something, I got out of the car and went inside. I received no apology just an explanation of what was apparently supposed to appease me. "We're training new people " was all I was told. I had to ask for a refund. I looked at the order board and the order wasn't even there.
I did proceed to vent my frustration in earshot of anyone standing at or near the counter and listed my grievances. The only reply from the person I spoke with and guess to be a manager was "have a good day "
This review will not be my final stop as I believe the franchisee who owns the establishment should know how his staff is performing. The same will be reported on a...
Read moreWhile visiting this location today at 1230, I sat at the drive thru speakers for 4minutes of silence. When someone finally greeted me by saying, "Welcome to Burger King", then silence. I even decided to assist the cashier with her job by asking if she was ready to take my order. Again, "Welcome to Burger King ". I repeated my question and finally she stated " Are you ready to order"? SMH I proceeded with my order of a cheese burger and small coke zero, the clerk replied "One minute!" This is a perfect example of today's businesses not caring about customer service. I imagine that if the business did care about the guest, they might just train their employees how to properly greet and offer service. Welcome to Burger King is a greeting, it says nothing to the guest that you are ready to serve them. This is a widely used practice in the fast food industry, and it needs to change. As a society we are becoming immune to social etiquette and...
Read moreTrash! We pulled over to let my little girl use the restroom and grab a bite! While in the restroom the heavy set brunette Caucasian woman that was working the drive thru came in and used it as well we were drying our hands when she came out the stall, and proceeded to walk out the restroom without washing her nasty hands. By the time we got to the door, she was back at the drive thru window talking to a customer. I was so disgusted, needless to say we did not eat anything there or anywhere else that night! So if you were at this Burger King around 8 pm on Saturday May 28, 2022....go ahead and barf just thinking about the nasty hands that put the top on your drink, handed you your food and possibly prepared your fries. I only saw a black teenager in there with her so she possibly prepared your whole meal with those hands after leaving the restroom. We rarely eat fast food anyway, but this was it!!!! Burger King is...
