Top of the Bay Bar — Restaurant in Daphne

Tonight was my first and last time at this establishment...my family and I got kicked out for taking photos after I had spent over $100 at the bar. This is a poor establishment because the security guard that told my cousin we had to leave went and hid and would not come out to address me when I tried to figure out why. I will definitely be in contact with the major and city council of that city, because they way my family and I were treated is not acceptable and I will not let this rest. Then we were followed by a group of people to our cars to make sure we were leaving, all for taking photos inside of an establishment. Never will I ever go back there and as a business owner I will not refer clients to this establishment. If you are African American please do not go to this establishment, for the kids of the owners...

Live music or karaoke basically every night of the week. Non-smoking inside with a very nice patio area outside for smoking and hanging out, complete with a fireplace. 5 Valley barbox tables with good fast cloth. Pool league on 3 nights of the week. Definitely the best bar food you can get in this area. The bartenders will remember you pretty quickly and know exactly what you want as you walk up to the bar. The business tried to overcharge me for drinks(EVEN AS A GREAT TIP). Tried to hold my I.D. even though it is illegal in Alabama. Also, security or local enforcement instructed me to leave without my Alabama and government I.D. (illegal). I didn’t do anything to cause problems, I showed up in sweats pant and a T shirt that is exactly why I’m not I jail. Overall, they take advantage of tourists. You’re welcome.
