Food is okay but service is usually slow and half the time they don't have something. I worked there as an assistant manager for a couple of years and we were much faster at the time. I'm not sure if they're still supposed to uphold the same time limits but they rarely make it. Pretty certain they are pre-scanning orders to be delivered that aren't even ready. Half the time they are out of something I order and once or twice something was broken and couldn't get my drinks. The last time I was there I ordered, payed with my debit card and then they tell me they are out of onion rings. I told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. I never got it. I will never return. Update 2/26 well it's been a while so I thought I'd give it another shot... Another fail. This one we ordered 2 medium shakes, one chocolate+strawberry and one vanilla. The store only had a couple of vehicles on the lot, but it took them a minute or more to answer and we placed our order. It took them 5 or 6 minutes. They bring out one medium chocolate and one small vanilla. We sent it back for a medium. When she brought it back out the carhop acted like they did us a favor not charging for the medium instead of the small. Well my receipt showed I payed for mediums. We also had to ask for straws. We left and surprise, surprise (Not really)...no strawberry in my chocolate shake. If I could give this store zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst...
Read moreUpdate 5/18. Carhop was very friendly and burger was perfect. But, 1 star. Took 19 minutes to get a double cheeseburger and the wrong drink. Ordered a slush with 2 flavors and instead got a soda with no added flavor and so full of ice there was barely any soda. No discount or refund--charged full price but received less product.
Ordered 2 sodas through the app while sitting at the stall. Checked in and then 6 minutes later, the screen said it was on its way. TWENTY ONE MINUTES to get 2 sodas. No real "special" order except that one was no ice. They didn't have a delivery/truck here to unload and they weren't really that slammed--when I got there, there were 3 vehicles, when I left there were 9. When I finally got my drinks, both were stuffed full of ice and the cups were covered in soda pooled on top of the lids and down the sides. Read moreThey've had a large turnover with employees. Understand it takes time to train new ones. It is the most disappointing visit every other time I go there. Either a 30 minute wait at times or they can't even get a drink order correct. I do however believe in loyalty and I wish they would put that one young man in charge I'm pretty sure he would be more efficient and make it one of the top spots in the state. I wish there was a correct way to address the franchise owner personally but this seems to be the only way. So sir if you're reading this you need to tighten up people aren't getting their money's worth. And you've got one of the best locations anyone could ask for.
