El Parian — Restaurant in Dardanelle

Their flavor is picking up Edit Oct 14, 2023. Worst service ever! Service has never been this bad. Ordered went and got the food, got halfway home and realized they gave me the wrong order and yes I touched the food that was not mine so if you had a call in order about 6:30, it went for a ride with me and i opened your food. so I call them and I have my daughter take it back in and then they charged my card for even more money and so I go back in and I asked them if these fajitas cost $44 and she said no you had cheese dip which was $4.99. I go back out to the car and guess what.. I don't have any cheese dip at all which I didn't even order it anyways. I just wanted a teaspoon of cheese sauce put on the rice. So I sent my daughter back in and she comes out with a little bitty cup (just like you would get your free salsa in) of cheese sauce. I had to go in 1 time and my daughter 3 times and still my order was not right I'm also eating cold food. The customer service was awful they should have refunded some of my money but instead they act like we were a bother cause all the 2 girls wanted to do was talk. Will not go back over this. The flavor of the food really wasn't worth this...

We received terrible service here on Saturday night (March 1, 2025). Table of six. We were seated promptly and order was taken not too long after however we sat forever with no drinks. Cheese dip never came and the kicker was after we brought to her attention she forgot about us she laughed and said they were so busy but I think they were just understaffed and they need to have sections. So they don’t “forget” about customers. So when getting up to pay an over $80 bill she proceeds to let me know she didn’t charge for the cheese dip which I’m like we never received it so that’s good I’m not getting...

The restaurant is decent and clean. The food tastes pretty good and they are always quick with friendly service. Sometimes there is a little miscommunication due to heavy accents, but it isn't too bad. I do wish there was a little more seasoning in some of the food, but I think it is because I am used to Mexican food from Texas that has a bit more flavor. I think that is mainly due to the area here is Arkansas. Most places seem to season the similarly. All in all, it is not a bad experience and the owner is...
