My sandwich was nowhere near worth $11. The bread to meat and topping ratio was ridiculous with the sandwich being 70% bread. I asked for extra lettuce and light mustard but got the exact opposite of both. There was barely any lettuce on my sandwich and so much mustard it was oozing out of the sides. All I could taste was mustard. I could not taste the lettuce, meat, cheese, or mayonnaise because if the amount of mustard. To get rid of some of the mustard I had to scrape off a majority of the almost nonexistent lettuce I was given. There were approximately only 1-2 slices of each meat as well. Definitely not what I was expecting from a more expensive new club option. They also did not have the cheese I originally wanted but the substitution was fine with me. Overall it was a waste of money to basically buy an $11 loaf of bread. My husband's $13 sandwich was also a disaster. It's bread to topping ratio was also terrible, especially for such an expensive sandwich. He also requested the sandwich be toasted with the veggies on it to soften them and that was not done. So, he ended up picking off half his toppings. Again, a waste of our money. I wish I could say this was a fluke but this was the third time my husband and I have experienced this. It's a waste of money at this point and we will not...
Read moreSubway, I walked in to your eatery and was reading the menu when a man came in with his son. I was completely ignored! One of the girls went to get a drink then went to talk to a long bearded man sitting in the dining room area and the dark haired girl proceeded to take care of the man and his boy. The blond girl then told me I had to go to the beginning of the line! HELLO, BUT, I WAS the beginning of the line. The man with the boy then realized he had been taken ahead of me and started apologizing. The girls never said a word to me. If there's a "beginning" of the line there's no sign stating that! I am from Colorado and have never been treated that way in my state. I was a training store manager for Conoco and the first and most important thing I taught my people was customer service. Bad service ALWAYS, has a diamono effect. I was treated poorly and tell ten of my friends. They then tell ten of their friends and so on and so forth. Your business would do better if they would take care of the customers first. Obviously your people need training and I am so disappointed with...
Read moreI’m leaving this review in regards to one specific worker. The name “Koby” was on his name tag (looks like he could still be in highschool). When we first got there he was sitting in the lobby playing videos from his phone very loudly. These videos were full of inappropriate comments and vocabulary. The other worker seemed to be doing everything on her own. “Koby” was visibly disgruntled when new customers entered the store and was rude to customers in the line. We also witnessed him shoving one of the sauce bottles in the face of the other worker. This was highly inappropriate and sad to see. I’ve never had such a negative experience at a subway before. In regards to the other worker, she was very welcoming and our food turned out great! I hope she doesn’t continue to be mistreated by...
