Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dardanelle

Getting a pizza at the Dardanelle Arkansas Pizza Hut is a 50/50 chance in my families experience. Sometimes you get an awesome pizza just like you ordered that taste great! Other times, like yesterday, we got a stuffed crust pizza that was overcooked, the stuffed crust came way out into the pizza (it was like 50% stuffed crust and 50% pizza). The bottom was paper thin. This has been happening for the last few years. Sadly you just never know what your going to get. They are in desperate need of new management to be more consistent. Update:. 2023. Well the Dardanelle location personell has not improved. I still have to visually see my pizzas before I pay for them. They still think a brown crunchy crust is ideal. Update: November 2023 I am still ordering cheese pizza from Dardanelle AR Pizza Hut. The manager got extremely ugly last time I complained about a very poorly made pizza. The crust was over 2 inches wide and bubbled up with burned spots as was the cheese. ?!! She kept saying it was a perfectly acceptable pizza, but they would remake it once more but it would be the last time. If I didn't like a pizza in the future, I should go somewhere else. I wasn't happy with answer at all, so we ended that I was supposed to call after I ordered on my app and tell them to watch the cheese pizza and pull it out early to not over cook it. I had to wait for approximately 50 mins. for my call in order. I was asked to pull around due to them being behind & it would be brought out to me. That wasn't the case in my situtation after about 35 min. when I called to check the statues of my order I was put on hold not once, but twice while they looked for my order with no one every coming back on the phone either time to let me know the statues of my order. I eventually walked in to see exactly what was going on where I was told that my pizza wasn't found & that the Manager was making me another pizza. I thought I would at least get an apologize from the Manager, but I didn't. I never even seen the Manager or told I'm sorry or nothing from any worker. I will say in my opinion, that was very disrespectful of all workers that I can in contact with including the Manager, that I never seen to treat any customer in the fashion that I was done tonight at the Dardanelle,...

Been eating here since I moved to dardanelle in 2017. Never had a bad experience. Last night I went with my family. The waitress took our order and we waited. The wait seemed longer than usual, but we were chilling. After a while the waitress came up and let us know she forgot to submit our order. She put it in, but forgot to hit enter. She was honest and owned up to her mistake and apologized profusely. We were not mad but she said she felt so bad that she gave us a discount. A little bit later we got our pizza and the manager came up and apologized again and let us know how much of a discount we would get. They made sure we had everything we needed and took great care of us. This experience spoke more to me than any other time.
