I would not eat here, at least not at night. I placed an Uber eats order yesterday and got it at 730pm. The chicken I received was raw and I also was given the wrong drink. Don't know if the night cooks just didn't care whatsoever if the food was properly cooked but they need to be checking that thick of a piece of chicken with a thermometer if they aren't cutting it to make sure. I wouldn't waste my time with this place ever again. Don't pride your whole restaurant on think cut chicken sandwiches and not even make sure that they are cooked all the way. I had two bites out of my sandwich before noticing it was kind of pink and then decided to check the one I got for my boyfriend. When I say raw, it was still pink and jiggly in the middle. I sent in a complaint to Uber eats since that's who I ordered through. Sent them pictures of the sandwiches and threw the food away. I started to feel funky couple hours later. Went here last Wednesday for the first time (was recommended by some friends) with my wife. She ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich, and I ordered the donut chicken sandwich but was told by the cashier the donut chicken sandwich was only available Thursday-Sunday. So I got the Chicago chicken sandwich instead. Nothing was stated on the menu itself that the donut chicken sandwich was only available Thursday-Sunday. From a business POV there should be a sign or something stating this is only available from this to this so why even have it on the menu on the days it’s not available??? I looked at the menu ahead of time before we walked in so I had my mind set on it only to get told it’s only available Thursday-Sunday. Not having what I wanted killed the rest of the experience for me. The food we got was ok at best. For the price of everything toppings of the sandwich’s were lacking except for my wife’s Nashville the sauce was drowning the whole sandwich despite her not asking for extra. It’s something that’s so EASY to prevent put up a sign or something....
