Arrived at this location at 8:15 and like always at 8pm there was hardly any food to serve. Only three entrees and half a pot of both rice and chow mein. The entrees looked and tasted like it had been sitting up for an hour. Very hard and then very chewy. No egg rolls, no rangoon, no nothing. Literally just the three least popular entrees. For about a year this always happens coming in at 8pm. I asked what time they stop cooking and the cashier said "around 8pm" which was clearly a bold faced lie because it was 8:15pm and every bowl was clean, shiny, and empty. More like 7pm or 7:30 at best. You literally get scraps at this time and much less food because they try to stretch the little they have left to get to 9pm. A crowd of six walked in behind me and I knew they were going to get even less food if any by the 6th person. My thing is...if you are going to shut off your stoves at 7pm then close at 8pm...not 9pm. It's insulting after seeing this for months and months. Stop jipping your customers at the end of the night or TRULY cook until 8pm. The kitchen was already clean when I ordered. This is the worst location out of every location I have ever...
Read moreSheer disaster in customer service ! We had eaten lunch at this location a week ago. Had a positive experience so I filled out the feedback survey and therefor received an email with a barcode to receive 1 free entre on our next visit when we order a 2 entre plate. NICE !! So we returned yesterday for supper. Ordered the 2 entre plate with rice. Then I requested my free entre which they placed on a separate plate. We waited in line to pay. While waiting we sampled the 3rd entre. An older male staff member was on the till. He couldn't get the barcode to work. We requested the manager as we also had our original bill. Not sure who the manager was but he was like talking to a brick wall. He just said you have to pay !! On principal we said no ! And we didn't want the third dish. He angrily picked the plate up and I told him my finger was in the food. HE THEN DUMPS IT BACK INTO THE SERVING BOWEL !! HELLO HEALTH DEPARTMENT !!!!

Read moreEvery time I have someone pick up teriyaki chicken as part of my dish or have Doordash deliver it to me… This particular panda express seems to forget the teriyaki sauce 100% of the time anymore. I’ve had at least 10 occasions where I got no teriyaki sauce when it was brought to me or delivered to me. I physically walked into the store just a few days ago and I actually asked if they had taken care of this problem. They told me “Yes” They had. They lied!
It’s something I’m sick and tired of. It’s something that should be hammered into their heads after this is happened probably not just to me 10 times or more but to a whole lot of other people I’m sure. I don’t know who the manager is… But you need to kick it up a notch and train your employees better so that they don’t ever forget freaking teriyaki...
