Arby's — Restaurant in Davenport

At around 8 pm I went to order a chicken strip meal, gyro meal and brisket with fries. I got home only to find out they forgot the strips. I try calling the store and there was no answer. I let it ring all the way until I got to the store because I don't live too far and I know the store was not busy at all. I told them I got all the way home to notice they did not put the strips in the bag and that was me ringing there phone. They did not say anything. I asked to speak to a manager and nothing I drove around knocked on the window demanding to talk to the manager. The lady came and told me she was the manager and started cussing at me and yelling ate telling me that I cannot come to her drive thru like that and cussing at me. Then one of the guys asked why do I come to that store and I told him I won't ever again. I was calling corporate and posting on the website and letting everybody know. He spit on my car. I called corporate and talked to them and letting everybody who reads reviews know now. However, I went back on 04/24/2023 because through Grubhubbing I noticed a difference. Day shift is different from night shift. Customer service is great, sales is great, food is hot, you get what you order and then some. I didn't ask for Bronco Berry Sauce, don't even know what it is but I used it on my Jalapeno poppers and it was great. Will definitely come again and get some more Berry on day shift. Not to mention another night I ordered doordash and the restaurant messed up by placing the wrong reciept in the wrong order. The assistant manager said she bagged and tagged the food and she probably put the wrong reciept on the wrong order. When I called the store about it she said the dasher messed up and gave me the wrong order but the receipt had my name on it...

Came in for a interview. Felt like I was judged as soon as I walked In. I'm lgbtq, or to be more defined I'm what you call a stud. Never ate at Arby's before but arbys is nearby my place of residence and I need a job. Also I always wanted to try their food just never did, thought this would be a good opportunity to try and work here. Went in for an interview the assistant manager barely gave me the time of day. Asked why I wanted to work for arbys to start out. That was the first question... Okay that's fine answered that. Told him I had relevant experience in working in a fast paced environment bc I worked at taco bell for 3 years and was management before I moved here. Tell me why he asked me 2 more questions and said they a get a hold of me by end of week if I got it. Im not writing this review bc I ain't get the job. This was just stepping stone to get back into management. I'm writing this review bc I felt judged by my appearance rather than the qualifications for the job itself. Crazy I just recently took an Uber located there. Assistant manager was located in front and he asked 'can I help u with something ' seemed like he was wondering why I was back so soon. When someone walks in Arby's does he always approach people like that? THIS SOUNDS BETTER! WELCOME TO ARBYS WHAT COULD I GET FOR YOU TODAYYYY!? Ps- WHOLE STORE SMELLS LIKE SOMETHING DIED UNDER THE FRYER....

I deliver food and out of all the Arby's I've been to this has been one of the best, they had roughly 6-8 orders ahead of my delivery and the way they proficiently went through all the orders; while taking new drive thru orders, was breathe taking. Mark, Patrick and Nakita are a great crew. I last worked in Fast Food 2 decades ago and if I had work that job with anyone I would have enjoyed working with these 3. Sadly I didn't have time to purchase food while I was there but based on how well they work together I expect the food would have been perfect. I'm not sure if it's just the synergy between these individuals or if it's the culture out forth by the management but whatever it is, it made me want to commend them. Nakita even took the time to spell out her name as she could see how lost I was when I asked for their names. It didn't hinder their efforts and it took her about 15 seconds. She also didn't without being offended. Mark has a great attitude and great presence. I didn't talk to Patrick much but I could see he is very personable and very efficient in a great way.
