Cafe Express Deli — Restaurant in Davenport

This is my favorite place to go to eat at least once a week when I’m in town. I’m only working in town two days a week, but I would choose to go here both days if I could. The personalities of the staff make it all worthwhile and the food is exceptional. Anything u choose will be good and everyone I have had join me have been welcomed and loved their selection. Besides lunch,, Which in my case is the regular their veggie, which is amazing and two bags of chips… They have soup, huge salads, desserts, and even snacks… Freeze dried skittles are my favorite or scones to go. Finally, not only can you get yourself something to enjoy you can also take your dog home a treat. Dogs can snack on CBD treats or they could have a supplement of oil to add to their food to make it a little tasty consisting of peanut butter, salmon or beef. My boyfriend recently moved to the area so I wanted to check out a cute place to eat nearby. This place is SO cute and the owner (at least he seemed like the owner) was super helpful and friendly. As I was waiting for my teriyaki chicken salad, I couldn’t help but overhear the next people ordering and how helpful the owner was being with recommendations and information about their food. It was so cute and thoughtful, you could tell they really want their customers to enjoy the fresh, yummy food they’re serving. One of the best cafe's in the quad cities with the friendliest staff who treat everyone like family!

Shame on the city of davenport for the huge amount of construction that has been constant over the past many years which has put strains on this business! But they have been persistent in continuing to give great quality services to overcome the cities negligence which keep their customers coming back for more!

Highly recommend all to try their sandwiches and soups! And desserts! Their home made bread is fantastic as well! My families favorites are the BLT And California club.
