We had the most amazing experience with Expressions when shopping for a very specifically shaped wedding band to fit my very uniquely shaped engagement ring. We worked very closely with Nicki, who was very passionate and dedicated to finding me the perfect ring. She ordered several rings for me to come in and try on until we found exactly what I needed. I had been to at least 4 other jewelers in the Quad Cities before finding Expressions, and not a single one of them did this for me. They really go above and beyond. I also dropped off a string of pearls that used to be a necklace, and they had it made into a bracelet for me, which I wore on my wedding day. I've repaired my jewelry there 3 times, and every time my experience was different. First time, I needed to replace a missing small diamond; the job was done well and reasonably priced. Second time, I needed to replace a missing small diamond, the price was reasonable once again, but what i got back was a completely different looking ring,than before (picture attached) it was a set. Third time, i needed to replace a small black diamond, I took my ring there, and was told it would be $35+/-, and week later i get a text that the price will be 200$+tax, I got my ring back and got it fixed elsewhere for half the price. This was our first experience with Expressions. We had a pendant that needed repaired. We left it for estimate well before Christmas and totally understood that they likely would not look at it until January 10th. Lo and behold, w received a call with the estimate before Christmas. It was reasonable and we said to proceed. They said they would schedule it in for February.
