Checkers — Restaurant in Davenport

Gave it another try, it was somehow worse than before. Terrible AI order taking, awful confrontational attitude/tone from our window helper including a "lesson" on how despite the AI reading back our order in a way that indicated it got the order wrong that it had in fact gotten it correctly and was then scolded for "making them restart the order in the middle of the AI order prompt running". First got handed an incorrect bag of someone elses food and then was ordered "wait give that back". We asked for a root beer with no ice, we got it full of ice. When I got handed another bag with our food, I politely asked to verify this was all of our food to which I got barked at "yup that's all it." 3 seconds after creeping forward we realized we're missing half our order and are then yelled out by another employee "wait you're missing food".

Absolutely. Ridiculous. I get it's fast food, I get that work sucks and people have other stuff they'd rather be doing, but when I'm polite and prompt as can be despite receiving the complete opposite from the people taking our order and serving us, that's the kind of stuff that borders on flat out disrespect. If I spoke the way I was spoken to at MY job, I'd be getting wrote up on the spot. The fact that filing any kind of formal complaint just routes you to an automated response email ticket system also means that none of the feedback means anything and these employees are free to treat people like trash all day long without any fear of anything happening.

1000000% the last Checkers visit I will ever make. No amount of how much I love your fries will ever be worth being disrespected and talked down to like that even while remaining polite the entire time. Whoever is running this local franchise needs to get their crap together NOW. Possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered in. my. life. Absolutely...

Unprofessional employees and managers. Got my order wrong I called to tell them that my food was not properly made and no answer then I called this morning and I was expecting a better service just because I still was giving the store the benefit of doubt but jermey was really rude after I explained and told him I have my food and receipt he never talked about the rude employees he just started to say “well the fries come with the bite boxes” which was not the issue my fires and bites was under cooked and no sauce on my bites and was fairly warm more cold I talked with him respectfully the whole time but then he proceeded to say “I should’ve called the same night” and told me “I was on a time limit to get my food because I didn’t call” but when I told him that I did he just said “oh.okay..”😳🤔🤣 this is not my first time going here with y’all service or food y’all really need to get proper training for cooking and customer service am not mad about the situation but it just comes to a point I work and come to y’all location and it’s the same thing every time i know y’all probably not going to read this but y’all service sucks Lhh and y’all make checkers look bad be hopefully I can get better services...

Placed order online stupidest thing I've ever seen in my life they made us wait in one line to go around the building and go back through to the passenger side drive through, manager absolutely refused to hand us our order after setting in line with 4 cars ahead of us and one behind...! what, was they too stupid to hand the order out through the drive-thru they made us pull around and go to the passenger side drive throug....passenger side drivethrough is not the most convenient hate to tell you. won't be back to this location very rude and just ridiculous line of cars behind us and they said go through the line and go back around again really I don't think so if it was not already paid for we would have just left...needs new management obviously. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Had to edit this review because after opening up the order it was wrong. Paid extra for bacon...1.50 and guess what, yup. No bacon,. Called and talked to Jeremy...we will see if he actually mails out coupon or they screw that up too. Totally...
