I was just here a week ago and had much better service. This time the kid they had seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. He had long dark hair in his face, which probably didn't help him to see what he was doing. I don't know if that's why he didn't seem like he didn't know what he was doing??He almost put the wrong berries in the one order. Then he didn't even remember the second order and didn't seem like he knew what went in the second. The second order was the banana pudding one they had for the season. He asked where the bananas were then came out with 2 GREEN bananas!!! NOT some green and yellow. These were ALL green. Then the kid didn't throw out the whipped cream canister after he used it up on the first order. So then he picked it up and said sorry we ran out as you see. So we asked for more wafers. Then he added more banana and struggled with trying to get the peel off. No surprise since the banana isn't ripe and he was only using 1 spoon to get the peel off... Then the piece fell. So he cut more and almost slipped on the banana that fell on the floor. He threw the peels next to the ice cream. He barely mixed the wafers and banana then put it in the bowl. He scrapped the slap for the first one but not the second order. The tossed the spoons in the water and walked away. But not to the register. We stood and waited. I typed my phone number in and then we juat stood there. So I guess that's when he decided to clean up a couple things. I saw him finally wash his hands then he was on his way over. Then he charged us a love it when we got like it. I corrected him and he changed it. Then he added my banana pudding and charged 2 mix ins. When I questioned him he said the 1st one is included and the other 2 are extra. But the wafers and banana is included and I wasn't charged that last time. I was super upset that I wasted my b1g1. This was a horrible free dessert. I got this for my birthday. I was looking for better service and food. They cost over $9 and 1 was free???. I deserve a free one for my next visit elsewhere! I get this was late at night, but they looked like they were closed an hour before the door says. It was messy looking all over the counters. Ice creams were missing. Products were missing. When I asked for a sample of Blueberry muffin, the girl did scoop in the middle but when it fell off, she gave me the edge with NO Blueberry. The kids hair wasn't all in his ponytail and if it can't stay back he should be wearing a hat!!! I don't want hair in my food!!! And back when I worked in a restaurant long hair or short hair was always in a hat when in the back of the kitchen!!! So maybe they were done with their day but that no excuse for the place and themselves looking messy. Hours on the door says 11. It was only 10. Exactly when we walked in. They weren't busy either. But they definitely took their sweet time doing everything. Why would it be so messy if you take so much time doing nothing? Shouldn't you...
Read moreMy 7 year old and I went on this evening... It was the worst experience ever. We were denied service even though the doors were clearly unlocked. As we were walking in the doors the young lady (redhead) tells the young man a few words. He proceeds to tell myself and my child that we can't be served because the computer system shuts down at 9pm... Really?
Yes, there were a family of 3 in the store(man, woman, and a little girl.)
Anyhow, I was very disturbed by it all.
First of all, you should lock your doors and put the "closed" sign up, if you are going to refuse to serve customer's.
Customer service is customer service. Your business will not remain open without it.
It is one thing to lie to me. It's something totally different when you lie to my child.
Your student's need to be trained on "customer service" and how it can make or break any business.
*I did ask for the managers information. I was given a card with the store number on it. I called the number in my vehicle and the young lady (red head) answered. I then asked for the contact information that is above her manager and was told that she didn't know it. I know that was not the truth.
I am very disappointed. Very disappointed at the way tonight had gone. If you are not going to serve customers then, lock your doors. Whether you have a small family of 3 in there or not. We walked through unlocked doors and we were Not assisted.
Instead we...
Read moreThis experience was actually the worst I’ve had at an ice cream parlor. My husband and I ordered online an hour before closing, I ordered No One Lays a Finger on my Butterfinger with added brownie and he ordered Reese's Peanut Butter Awesome Sauce with extra Reese’s. It cost $20. We drove 15 minutes home to realize all we were given were 1. A scoop of freezer burnt vanilla ice cream with no mix ins and a small brownie on top and 2. A scoop of freezer burnt vanilla with a Reese’s on top and no mix ins. By the time we returned to the store it was 8:55 pm, my husband went in to fix the order and was met with a response from the worker that “we don’t have butterfinger ice cream” which isn’t even used in No One Lays a Finger on my Butterfinger, and instead of stating this when we picked up our order and asking if we wanted something else he just gave us a scoop of vanilla with a brownie on top and had his back turned to us upon our arrival, almost avoiding us. I am highly upset because this cost me $20 all for nothing as we didn’t even eat the ice cream. I’m just confused as to why not having butterfinger ice cream means he couldn’t use the correct ice cream and add the other mix ins that are included in BOTH items such as the peanut butter ice cream, fudge, caramel for mine and the sweet cream ice cream and Reese’s and sauce for my husband.
Pictures of what we ordered and what...
