The worker the business has up front with the walkin customers was very easily flustered! And at one point had to resign from the post! Nobody from management or support staff came to help the walk-ins at all before that!!! Orders were being made all out of order! I came in and made my order, left for 20 min, came back in, made another order, and received all of my food before anyone that was there before me!!! Less busy day today; 5/24 730pm OMG today I had the best time in this walk-in store! The lady at the register was outright amazing! Not only did she smile at me and every guest that came in, but she waved her hand hello as well! Not only did she keep eye contact until I was done speaking, but she waited until I was done speaking and repeated my order and then put her job second to me and entered my order! I also witnessed her completamente another customer's outfit! She also thanked a coworker for their help! I don't know whom hired this lady but they got a winner at life with her! I would hope that this business would invest in her to lead more! That way they have more people that she can rub off onto! To the business, thank you for allowing your workers to be themselves! I was there tonight October 5th at about 9 pm today I only ordered cheesy puffs and the manager out front had them ready but his staff in the back didn't seem to cooperate while he was slaving away out front by himself helping every customer long story short I did not get my cheesy puffs.
