Coming from Atlanta, Georgia this place is definitely NOT a true CFA experience. I just went through their drive-thru and it started off alright. The order taker kept having to take some time to figure things out, and that’s fine. I had let them know I was using my app rewards for my first order and thought everything was peachy, they didn’t tell me my total because I was going to use the rewards. Now, I had a second order, and the total came about to $10-something and so when I went up to the window they said it was $10-something so I thought nothing of it. Then while they were taking the money, not repeating order back, they just handed me 8 sauces with no bag or anything, I totally wasn’t prepared for it. Then they immediately handed me my drink then just sat around until the food came. Then it got worse... once I had my first bag of food they then gave me my total for the second order I had, it also came out to $10-something... (hence why I didn’t think anything of it) at this point there’s a line behind me and the cashier said “oops is there a mess up” in a rude demeanor. My app rewards weren’t going to work on the second order so I said screw it. I’ve had to go to this CFA several times and every time it’s a terrible experience, but I brush it off (coming from working food before) I give them the benefit of the doubt. Today was the last straw. I’m not coming back, I’ll make the drive to moline. And once again, this is definitely NOT a true CFA; the service is almost always bad, not very helpful, and only sometimes accurate. Read moreRecently stopped on our way home from a west coast road trip we sat at a table and ordered our food through the app food got delivered with no drinks and my sons dream cup was missing (which is what he ordered with his kids meal) . We waited a few minutes but still no drinks. I got up thankfully they left the sticker from our food order on the tray and walked up to the counter the young girl at the register rolled her eyes as I stood there and didn't even say give me a second I'll be right there , instead a manager came over and was nice as could be she apologized .They weren't busy at all. The girl who did deliver the food was not nice at all. Also my daughter had ordered something else from the app she waited and the app said team member was on the way yea never happened yet again had to go to the front counter girl at the register had just finished taking an order and yet again rolled her eyes as I was standing there but her and another red shirt manager were more worried about boxes and closing the register. Manager in red shirt could have cared less my daughter and I were standing there. Then the girl that was at the register finally took time to turn around and was yea what do you need I told her very nicely my daughter had ordered something and said it was coming out and never got it she turned to someone else asked them about it then grabbed the item and handed it over to me and was like here you go and wouldn't even look at me or my daughter. I work in customer service / hospitality and that chic fil a didn't have the chic fil a service they always have and we've been to several and this one was the worst by far...
Read moreI was hoping to leave a review via my app or after getting my e-receipt but it wasn't an option, so here I am. I placed a mobile order on Saturday, picked up through drive up around 11a. While the service was speedy, that was about the only plus of our experience.
Food was not hot (assumed ordering so early it would be made to order). Not a huge deal because it wasn't undercooked or anything like that, we just expected it to be too hot to eat since we didn't hit the lunch rush. Example: My waffle fries specifically were almost cool, not even warm. The cheese sauces we ordered with our fries was cool to the point the cheese had coagulated on the top.
On the topic of food- since we ordered on the app, we customized our foods. I ordered a grilled club sandwich with no tomato or bacon, added mayo. I got a mayo packet, no honey roasted bbq sauce. It also still had bacon on it... so they didn't follow the order as I had it... not the end of the world, I picked off what I didn't want. Didn't realized we were missing sauce until we had driven off.
When handed our drinks, the cups were covered in soda. Specifically the Diet Dr. Pepper... you'd think it'd be common courtesy to wipe the excess beverage off of the cup before handing it to the customer? When we asked for extra napkins we did get them.
My Sprite was flat. I ended up dumping it out.
Straws. We did not get any. Thankfully I keep extras in my car so again, no biggie, but not the service we come to expect from a CFA.
Overall, just very disappointed in our experience. We love CFA and will be back, just hoping for a better...
