Do not order from sleep number. We ordered the bed frame back in Sept. They said it was in stock and could be delivered in the next week. We decided on Oct 12th. Did not get delivered and gave us a delivery date of Tues., Nov 15th. We received a text on Sunday Nov. 13th at 2:41pm as well as an email saying that our delivery would be on the 15th between 11:30 and 2:30. We had a family member pass away and the funeral was on this date. I did not want to reschedule as we need our bed frame. I asked a friend if she could take off work to be at our house. My husband took our bed frame apart (as they will not do for you) on Monday evening. I get a call at 9:32am saying that it was sleep number delivery. Wanted to know my name, phone number (the number that they just called) and my address. They asked for the zip code. All to then explain that my delivery would not be coming. I asked when would it be coming. They said Dec. 30th. I told her that it was totally unacceptable. I asked to speak to her superior. She wanted to give me a number to call. I told her I was the customer and that they could call me. She told me that there was nothing that they could do. We spent time taking our bed apart, my friend had to take vacation time to help me out and this is the service that they give??? How can you tell someone that it will be delivered within 48 hours and to make sure that we were home and to have the home clear of any obstacles, to then calling us on the date and time of delivery to tell us we won't get our delivery for another month and half???? I was pretty patient when they rescheduled from Oct. 12th to Nov. 15th, but my patience has run out. No courtesy...
   Read more*UPDATE The bed worked for 3 days!! Customer service is the worst and they refuse to give a refund!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! - Make sure you do your homework!! Search online for prices and all accessories you like PRIOR to going into the store. That way you know all the sales and discounts before you go and get your sleep number. After you get your sleep number dont be pressured to buy RIGHT THEN!! I was pressured into buying by them telling me that it was the last day of a discount.. 2 days later the 50%off sale started!! So now I have to call to get the difference which is about $500!! I worked retail many years ago and we always new ahead of time what new promotions were coming so I dont like that about the store. Maybe its just that store in Davenport, IA I hope its not all stores. But the beds are fabulous! I have suffered with chronic pain for many years and after I received my sleep number and I promise you for the 1st time in YEARS I HAD NO PAIN!! I really thought it was a gimmick (and it may be i haven't received my bed yet and watch the return policy... its only for the mattress NOT THE BASE so dont expect a full refund!) I dont care for some of the sales tactics and you can buy a mattress protector, weighted blanket and pillows cheaper online from anywhere! Learned a lesson but hopefully purchased a bed that will now allow me to sleep pain free....

First he never told us that the bed only came with 1 remote; specifically I asked, " your beds come with 2 remotes?" He answered "yes". come to find out no our bed only comes with 1 remote and it was like 200$ for an additional one. When we called and asked him about this, he ARGUED with us and accused me of calling him a lier, WHICH I NEVER DID! Then once we had the bed for 2 months and decided we didn't like it, called to arrange 100% money back guarantee, come to find out our bed base is NON REFUNDABLE! So now we have to pay for a 3,000$ base we don't want or need!!!!!!!! We have had the worse experience with this store and the manager simply told us there is nothing he can do.
