First off, I work as a manager at McDonalds so this is coming from someone who does know the job. This morning when I went to get breakfast, I was greeted with barely acceptable customer service. I ignored that, fine whatever. Then I ordered my food. I asked for it all to be cook to order bc I always have issues with this store and the freshness of it. They didn't acknowledge me saying I wanted it cook to order so yet again, benefit of the doubt. When my fiance went to eat his breakfast, it was old, dry, and disgusting. He didn't even finish it. Now tonight, we went back hoping the night shift maybe knew how to do their job. Wrong again. I pulled in drive to order my food and wasn't greeted but just asked "Will u be using rewards?" I said yes and they asked for the code. I said one moment as my phone was loading. The order taker then huffed at me and said "order when you're ready". I explained what happened this morning and asked for my dinner to be cook to order and she didn't acknowledge it at all. Yet again, benefit of the doubt, I continued ordering. At one point I asked for a hamburger and she asked if I said 10 piece. I said no, hamburger please. Then I continued with my order. I then ordered a 10 piece and she immediately said "So u need 2 10 pieces" with an attitude. I replied "No, just one with buffalo and ranch." She said "Well that's not what you said before you said a 10 piece after the hamburger." I said "No I just need the one 10 piece." She then said yet again "No you didn't. You said 2 10's." At this point I gave up trying to order. She asked if I was done with my order yet, I just told her I won't be getting food from this restaurant bc the attitude is ridiculous and uncalled for. She started laughing and said fine whatever. I then drove off, and tried to call the store to ask for a manager but they refused to answer the phone. This is utterly ridiculous and the employees should be...
Read morePlaced my order and paid at 10:15pm and when I got to the second window the girl demanded I pull ahead to a parking spot and closed the window. At 10:29 I received my food and checked to make sure it was accurate. It again was not. The receipt was correct and so was the cooks tickets taped to the box but the sandwich was wrong. I pulled back into line at 10:31pm and handed the sandwich back to get fixed. I was asked again to pull forward to wait. I politely declined and said I would wait. At 10:35pm the lead shift trainer Ashley told me I would have to pull forward or take a refund. I opted for a refund after being treated so rudely. I received my refund at 10:36pm. Second visit in the past week that my order took over 15 minutes to get and it was not made properly. I dont understand when its printed in large black letters on the cook slip taped to the sandwich "NO KETCHUP " means add ketchup? Seriously the rude unprofessional attitude from Ashley is unacceptable and now I totally understand why orders are consistently incorrect and guests are extremely angry. Now I have no sandwich and my family's food is soggy and cold. I wasn't even offered any alternative or gesture to rectify. That girl needs to learn manners and definitely should not be in any type of lead position until she is properly trained. I would like to speak to the area manager and franchisee owner to let them know how their business is being run. Cause as long as Ashley is there I will no longer be giving them my business. And I will ensure to let friends family and social media aware of the constant...
Read moreMcDonalds, remember when I was growing up and I would do whatever it took to visit your establishment? I would collect cans out of a dumpster just to get enough money for your amazing golden fries. I understand things tend to get stale over time and that we are in an open relationship. On saying that, where did the magic go? What happened to you trying to impress me each time I paid you a visit? We have had our fond memories.... Like the time I ate 4 Big Macs 2 Supersized fries and enough coke to put Grimus in cardiac arrest! We have been through alot over the last 39 years. Unfortunately you have left yourself go. Your once crisp lettuce looks like it took tour of your microwave before serving. Your buns are a day away from being croutons for your side salads that resemble cooked spinach. I am not even going to touch on what you have done to the chicken nuggets, its still to fresh of a wound that may never heal. You don’t even listen to me anymore. You just give me what you think I want instead of hearing what I am saying. So long Micky. I will always remember the good times. I am a gentleman, due to the happy memories, I am willing to give you...
