Burger King — Restaurant in Davie

For a long time I had not visited a well-attended Burgerking, since I went to the door at this location, an employ that was taking out the garbage, welcomed me in a very cordial way, then in the front desk another employee greeted me and very attentive I took my order very politely and friendly. I visited this location un Davie FL on March 22th 2019 at 7:30 pm, hopefully recognize the employees of this shift, they deserve it. As a frequent visitor to others Burgerkings, this left me completely surprises by their kindness, speed and of course for the product. It's a pity that we are only served well in other places only when they are employees who receive a tip, but the others places it’s normal be treated rudely, but this is not the case, congratulations!

Hace mucho tiempo que no tenía una buena atención en un Burgerking, ya que desde la puerta en este lugar, un empleado que estaba sacando la basura me recibió de manera muy cordial y luego, en la caja, otro empleado me dió la bienvenida muy cordialmente. Muy atentos me dieron mi pedido y fueron muy amables. Visité este lugar en Davie FL el 22 de marzo de 2019 a las 7:30 pm, espero que reconozca a los empleados de este turno, se lo merecen. Cant make a burrito, gets things wrong, bad customer service. I've been eating Eggnormous Burritos from multiple locations for years now. This location makes them noticeably smaller and with the hot sauce directly in the burrito instead of providing a packet on the side.

When I got a small burrito, instead of large, which was made with the wrong sauce, and medium diet cokes instead of large on my Uber Eats order, I called to make sure there wasn't a training issue. The manager told me she was the one who made my order and defended everything as though her job depended on it. She told me how she's been manager for 25 years so obviously she's right and knows how to make a breakfast burrito. It's funny because this burrito was only on the menu for about 2 years. She also told me that the order had medium sodas instead of large, which is absolutely false because I was looking at the receipt.

Anyway, I couldn't eat the burrito because it was too spicy and didn't have the right flavor. I also ran out of diet coke early. So I reordered from the Pines location south of this one. Note they provided the hot sauce on the side and a much larger burrito, also they got the drink right.

I was exhausted so My husband ordered to go off the broiler. Because it's the only way to get it hot. Extra EVERYTHING for me. No Lettuce or tomato for our son.

My Whopper had a few pickles but maybe one or 2 extra. No extra lettuce and what was there was so coated in mayo that it was slimy. No extra onion. Very little ketchup. And enough mayo to float a boat! It did have 3 pieces of hard tomato. And it tasted like the meat had sat in grease for awhile. If you order "off the broiler" on a regular basis you know this flavor when you forget or they decide to ignore your request.

My son's whopper had no pickles, no onion, and it had tomatoes. His most hated food.

The buns were an odd texture.

I tried to do the survey for the free Whooper but the store number was cut off the receipt.

I tried to call to get the number and maybe speak with the manager but got a message.

I thought that the message was giving me the store number but it didn't work with the survey. So I came here to give a review.
