Yo, Hubby Vibes: Chillinâ at Dairy Queen in Davie After a Miami Hustle Whatâs good, fam? On May 17, 2025, after a long day in Miami selling our home, me and my queen decided to hit pause and swing by the Dairy Queen at 6550 N State Rd 7, Davie, FL, before cruisinâ back to Lehigh Acres. Man, this spot was a straight-up vibeârockinâ that old-school milkshake joint feel, like we stepped into a retro date night flick. It was the perfect pitstop to cool off and keep our spirits high after a big day. We rolled up and snagged a chocolate milkshake to share, and I went for my go-to: a Coke float. That milkshake? Smooth, rich, and hittinâ all the chocolatey notes, makinâ my wife smile like it was our first date. My Coke float, though, was where things got real. They couldnât whip up a large oneâbummerâbut the owner was chill and hooked me up with a medium. It was solid, creamy, and fizzy, just right for one dude to savor. I was cravinâ a bit more Coke to balance the ice cream, and they didnât have extra on deck, but no stressâI had a can of Coke in my ride, so I topped it off myself. Worked like a charm, no cap. The DQâs classic hangout vibe was dopeâbright lights, that nostalgic red-and-white look, and a crew that kept it friendly and quick. The ownerâs hustle was on point, makinâ sure we were good despite the float size mix-up. Sippinâ our treats in the car, me and my wife just vibed, talkinâ âbout our Miami grind and the 90-mile trek back to Lehigh Acres. This spotâs prime location off State Road 7 made it an easy stop, just what we needed to recharge. Big props to Dairy Queen Davie for slinginâ that old-fashioned goodness and keepinâ it real. Your milkshakes and floats made our day sweeterâliterally! Weâll be back next time weâre in town. Keep servinâ those icy...
Read moreMy experience at this Dairy Queen location was disappointing. When I asked a simple question about item availability, the employee responded rudely, saying, âJust read what it says and itâs obvious,â even though the main menu indicated the item was available. This kind of dismissive attitude is unprofessional and leaves a bad impression.
The store itself was also underwhelming. It was small, untidy, and lacked proper seating, making it uncomfortable for customers to enjoy their treats. A bit more attention to cleanliness and organization would make a big difference.
Overall, the poor customer service and unkempt environment make it hard to recommend this location. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for...
Read moreThis was a once in a lifetime event. The place was VERY BUSY. One person at the counter. 5 people came out of the back. 3 went out the front door. One stayed behind the counter and one stood with the other customers. The new person behind the counter made a blizzard and gave it to the new person standing with the other customers and he left. The STRONG smell of POT came through the the small store when the front door opened again. The same person charged me $15.00 for 2 small blizzards and WOULD NOT give me a receipt. He said no receipts for cash. Monday May 30 at 7:15pm. I will not be back. The police should go visit. SHOCKING is the only word that can...
