Yanni the store manager along with 2 other employees, (Stephanie, and Jessica) are all rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. This is by far the worst dunkin donuts location i have ever been to! If you want to be treated like a number and deal with employees talking bad about & making fun of their customers in front of others then this is the place for you.
This evening jessica and stephanie were very agressive toward me in front of numerous customers, followed by Jessica slapping the coffee out of my hand (causing it to go all over the floor, tables, and windows) and both yelling obscenities to and about me simply because they got in trouble for closing the store before its hours of operation the previous evening and blamed me for it!
The two employees then took a photo of my license plate, threatened to do something to my car and mentioned they would then find out my home address as well. After that they called the police and lied saying i slapped the drink out of their hand and demanded a new 1.
Multiple witnesses cooberated my story to the officer and I then contacted the district manager to inform him and have him watch the camera footage himself. He then also spoke to the officer and explained the same employees were reprimanded from the night prior for refusing to provide me service by claiming the store was closed when the fact is it was still open (1030) and she was inside with 2 others (whom were in street clothes) more concerned with leaving as opposed to providing the service the store offers until 11pm.
Either Yanni condones this behavior and trains her employees to treat customers this way or she simply does not care about her customers. I have also had a previous issue with Yanni where she refused to provide me a receipt (after i gave 1 bad review) to prevent her bosses from knowing what goes on at this location under her watch.
Tonight all of the neighboring businesses and multiple customers witnessed everything and they all told the police officer the same thing I am writing now.
If there is no change at this location you will be losing revenue from numerous customers as even the neighboring businesses employees complained to me about Jessica & Yanni as well.
Reader beware! Stay away from this location unless you enjoy being treated like a number, harrassed for expecting the service the store offers, & threatened for informing management the lack of service & respect provided on a...
Read moreI love your coffee. Now I go to this location coz it’s closest to my house. I noticed though that the size of your coffee doesn’t determine the amount of its content. A lot of times I buy large and it’s half empty. Last Friday night about 15 minutes before closing I passed by to bring coffee and donuts for my coworkers. I was alone and this girl was also working alone. Bought 4 specialty coffee and 25 pc munchkins. She informs me that there is only 24 pieces of munchkins, while she was preparing the coffee I started a conversation by asking her if it’s ok to just give me an extra donut coz she’s short of 1 munchkin and she said of course not because the donuts are more expensive. So I asked her what she’s gonna do since she’s short of 1 munchkin. She said she can give me back 20 cents coz that’s the value of the munchkin. I asked her again that the right costumer service action is to give me an extra donut. She said her manager will not approve of it. And that she’s closing the store soon. I told her that in another location not far from here they would usually offer us boxes of donuts just before the store closes. She said that it’s illegal and her boss wouldn’t approve. I looked at the clock , it’s 9:50 pm, I was the only costumer and I asked her what she’s gonna do with all the donuts still in the shelf and she said throw them in the garbage. I tried to give her a chance to win me over. I asked “so it’s ok to give me 24 piece of munchkins when I paid for 25 and not give me a piece of donut which you are throwing in the garbage anyway? “ and she said no. Talk about costumer service. That woman should not be left alone to man your store by herself. It’s bad for your business For now I will drive farther to buy my coffee...
Read moreI would give -10 stars if I could. Today, I experienced the most humiliating moment of my life. I entered this Dunkin' with two bottles of water that I purchased somewhere else because I wanted to see if they had a zero sugar, zero caffeine drink. I searched in the small fridge but didn’t find anything, so I left.
As I was leaving, an employee with zero manners shouted at me, asking if I had paid for the drinks. I told him yes, but not in this establishment. He insisted on seeing a receipt, but I didn’t have it with me since I bought the water elsewhere. He gave me a very rude look and implied that I had stolen the waters.
So, I went back to the place where I bought the water, got the receipt, and returned to show it to him. He didn’t believe me at first, but finally realized I didn’t steal anything. I don't even look like someone who would steal two bottles of water!
Then he said, “Sorry, I thought you left your waters in the fridge to cool them." What?! I had repeatedly told him I purchased the water somewhere else. This is what happens when employees don’t pay attention to customers. When I entered, he was just sitting around, not working. Thanks for...
