Recently, she discovered a new place in the same area, so we decided to check it out! It’s a franchise with several locations, which I thought was fine since making Bo Ba milk tea isn't too complicated.

You can definitely tell it’s a chain by how they prepare the drinks, and they offer the convenience of ordering online or via a kiosk in-store.

As for the taste, it’s pretty good—nothing out of this world, but enjoyable. You get to customize your drink with your preferred sugar level and add extra toppings, which is a nice touch! Go! This place is great! The parking is so easy cuz the plaza is not busy. The inside is very cute and bright. The drinks are made fresh with quality ingredients. You really can taste the difference between powders and syrups vs. the actual ingredients of certain stores. And the employees are so helpful. They're always making suggestions trying to find what you'd be interested in. I'd say my only critique is that the items are not as customizable as other shops. For example I got the Brown Sugar Boba Latte and I'm not a fan of tapioca so I usually get that off, but keep the brown sugar syrup. They can't do that here. The pearls and syrup just come as one.
