James Major must have had the same person we had. ordering took 10 minutes of excitement. I'll have egg mcmuffin meal with large caramel frap. I order egg white normally but apparently they stopped serving that. She did made ordering the previous meal for my daughter very difficult so I ask to repeat . after correcting everything comes mine. and you want a mcmuffin. I said meal. oh you did not say meal. ok make it a meal this time. with coffee. No I asked for a large caramel Frap. what flavor would you like . How many flavors does caramel come in. she says vanilla, chocolate. I want the caramel that looks like the frappuccino in the other places. you mean frap. what size would you like. how many larges do you have. At this point I let my daughter take over. The rudest service I've ever gotten at any Mcdonalds. We waited 15 minutes with food on counter items being added as they came out. Then I see everyone just walking around. My daughter says we're still waiting for ice coffee and frappuccino. Another rude snappy attitude you mean Frap. 6 feet away from this horrible customer service band rude behavior are new kiosk. Looks like the screwing up meals everyday is being put in the clients hands to avoid the incompetence crying for $15 and hour. I walked in laughing and saying lets interact with people instead of machines. That was a screw up on my part. everyone in there rude. If I could give zero stars I would do that. This location is listed as 24 hours full service but when I walked thru the door the attitudes were hostile and I immediately got into a conversation which the person called a "back and forth" because he refused to serve anyone who wasn't doordash...the thing is I already paid for the food and walked to pick it up. I sat out the location trying to get my food and not only did he stop every attempt the employees tried to get me my order that I already paid for he told them to tell me "I need a car" while he scowled at me thru the window. If McDonald's is going to employ people who don't want to work and who judge its customers is one thing but making them management is another. The manager in question was quick to bring up his manager title when it came down to stopping me from getting my order while I watched another person walk right thru the door and pick up their order. This was my only way of eating and you have people in charge who don't even seem like they like dealing with people. Knowing how to speak with a fake proper tone and serving customers is two different things (im a chef myself by trade). Please someone contact me regarding this experience because the main thing I felt besides robbed of my money and hungry was UNHEARD and EMBARRASSED while I PLEADED FOR FOOD I ALREADY PAID FOR!!!!! Horrible service, only 1 family of 5 in front of my I asked politely if I could order the manager told me just a minute, which turned into 5 minutes, apparently the next order can be taken until the serve the food to the first people. I have ordered the same thinks at McDonald's for over 40 years, cheeseburger No Ketchup, No Pickles I get it full of ketchup I bring it back and the girl that took my order told me I ordered it that way, and when I told her that I have preferred it the same way for 60 years instead of saying I must have misunderstood you, she had the audacity to tell me that I'd but what I said, with attitude to boot and my remake has the cheese half on and half out of the bun needless to say I've cold and not melted. I also asked for a 1/2 & 1/2 on my frozen coke with the Hawaiian punch and apparently this of the only place on earth that doesn't allow it and this place also charges for a dipping sauce for your fries since I can't eat ketchup I always get the hot mustard to dip mine in and while I'm pulling out the money to give her a lady from the family came up for mustard and tarter sauce and was not charged and I know this because she stopped helping me to help the other lady and I had to call her out and say here is my money can I please have my sauce.
