The most disgusting service I have been getting Starbucks for 10 years, and I have never encountered such a rude employee. I ordered my venti tea with no ice, so she only filled it halfway. I could understand if it wasn’t filled to the top, but just halfway is ridiculous. Then someone else ordered with light ice. She put no ice and filled it to the top, so I asked her why she couldn’t do that for me. The truth she was out of my tea and too lazy to make more, so she was lying and rude when I nicely asked for more tea she had to make up a story. Extremely unprofessional, rude and unhumane experience at this star bucks. An employee named I believe Victoria was screaming and I mean screaming at another employee Infront of a fair amount of customers and staff. First this is very unprofessional second unhumane the way she was screaming at the other girl and third not a relaxing place to enjoy my coffee by any means. We usually have a problem when we come to this Starbucks. Whether we are waiting 30 minutes, or they don’t get our drink right. Employees have been seen half wearing their shoes, and their hair down touching the counters and areas where they are making the drinks and food. Not sure what the point is of placing and order and them writing the instructions on the cup if the barista doesn’t even look at it?
