Where it's a place where students are learning you could still do better. The fact that I can never get hold of a doctor is crazy. I've no idea what is worse the people answering calls or the actual doctors office. I told this man answering phone I needed talk to obgyn office. That last week they didn't send referral over and I had called where was to go nothing there and they told me it doesn't take 3 weeks let alone 3 days. The obgyn gave me their number and name said it could take 3weeks for them call me she was wrong. Also they would never of called me cause someone there never sent the referral. I'm high risk and have not had a ultrasound is crazy. Buddy telling me there isn't a few number for him fax referral so he message the obgyn and take bout 2 days at most here from them if not call back. 1st off why are you faxing anything your not my obgyn office. 2nd off I had told you I wanna be patched through to office which you refused when others have when I called. 3rd I'm not waiting and imma just call back later. If I have to I'll just show up and take my butt right up to the obgyn and be in everyone's face bout it. Sometimes they patch me through to office but other times they take a message and when they do that I never hear from the office. Makes zero sense any of it. This place is a TOTAL disappointment. They don't respect a appointment schedule and have any consideration for people.Sometimes the student cancel the appointment when you already there.They are blaming on "chair not available" and play games.You will go there ,pay for parking,waste your time and wait and wait.They will charge and overcharge for every procedure . Terrible customer service and work as well I will never go back to this place again for anything. I still haven't received any help from the dentist yet after calling for 2 weeks. I was charged for a service that I never received and I have new x-rays to prove that I didn't get the bone implant that I was charged for and I speak about facts x-rays that doesn't show anything about bone implant.
