Fire Wings Davis — Restaurant in Davis

We ordered 20 piece wings and got some rotten smelling noodles... HOW. HOW DO YOU MESS UP SO BAD. i didnt even know they had noodles on their menu?!?! and then we go back and Ben is laughing along with some other guy in the back ,who im assuming is the manager -because he called him to the front when we approached them about the issue.As their giggling I can't help but feel this was on purpose. How lazy and unprofessional can you be to simply tell someone your out of wings or closing the kitchen? Instead you think giving us some rotten food is okay? And then they remake our wings extremely dry and gross. Why would we ever come here again? And corporation expects us to talk to the manager who was giggling along about this. I was a regular customer for almost 2 years. Buying wings and sandwiches. But recently the quality and quantity both dropped tremendously. Let say since Covid19 started. Chicken wing quality is still fine and let say deserves 4 stars but sandwiches are 2 stars if not less. They recently changed their sandwich buns with very low quality cheap bread. It's always soggy, sticky and tasteless. The chicken in the sandwich is much smaller than what it used to be and it seems they dont make it fresh and maybe warming it up twice or something. It's not fresh and crunchy as before. I thought it might be temporary but last 5-6 weeks was almost like that and I decided not to go there or at least don't buy the...

Great food. Horrible customer service. I ordered through Door Dash spent 70 dollars they forgot to include dipping sauces. Dasher explained bag was already packed. I called the store as it was not the Dashers fault. Cashier told me not their problem go through Door Dash. I asked to speak to manager and explained situation. I also said I was not looking for compensation but ownership that they messed up by omitting the sauces. He asked how do I know if they made the mistake. Maybe the Dasher dropped it or took it. That was low to blame it on the Dasher. I really like the food but I will not spend another dime in this restaurant. 2021 we gotta do better...
