Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Davis

I called to let them know the pizza was not handled with care. A man picked up, and I told him that the pizza is uncooked and doughy. He cut me off immediately and said “yes it is because the pizza is left on a timer for 7 minutes.” AND???? DID YOU CHECK THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD BEFORE YOU PACKED IT OFF TO BE SERVED TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING??

The pizza slices weren’t connected when I opened the box. The cheese had exploded onto the tops of the pizza box. Some of the sliced weren’t entirely covered in cheese which is how I noticed that the dough was undercooked. I wanted to ask if theres anything I can do to get another one but the man just kept cutting me off saying “we don’t handle door dashers, we don’t handle third parties.” I hung up on him. I was appalled by his tone, his attitude. What’s even worse is that they recognize my name since I door dash a cheese pizza every 2-3 weeks. What a rude way to treat a regular.

Food is expensive right now and I only eat out 1 time a week. Most of the time it’s from here because it’s close and the dashers bring it quick. I’m a student so I’m buried in my books. I don’t have time to eat, let alone, go drive to grab the food. I expect the quality of this pizza to be top notch since they charge $17 for a small cheese. Dominos closed down, otherwise, I wouldn’t give this place...

My experience with the new owners has been very positive. The food has been delicious and they are very friendly and helpful. My mom enjoys the pizza and salad

My previous under the previous ownership was 2 stars due to being overcharged and the employee cheating and taking money from senior citizens

My parents and I have been going to the restaurant since it opened. The food is delicious However I was truly disappointed that this past Wednesday 12/7/22 the young person who being trained by the owner or manager on how to use the gift cards over charged us by $6.49 Our meal for the 3 buffets should have been 42.19. However we we charged $48.68. That young person should not be overcharging elderly people in their late 70's

Hopefully this matter can be resolved. The prices are on the wall and also in the in store menus and the coupons they send in the mail. My previous experience prior to Wednesday December 7th had been excellent. We have been coming here a few times a month since they opened. Prior to today they had been honest andwe had no problems

Horrible experience at Mountain Mike Davis. Hope there are no SPIDERS in the restaurant kitchen because I found a Spider Web in the pizza box right over my pizza today. I went back to the restaurant to complain about it and the manager comes out and wipes off the web and denies that it was a web and accused us of lying because we had eaten 1 slice of pizza, we explained to her that we noticed it after eating 1 slice but she was still accusing us even when we are regular customers at mountain mike Davis. The manager was just really rude and didn’t even apologize and took any responsibility and on top of that when I told her that I was going to write a review she said go on and she doesn’t care about it. I wouldn’t be coming to mountain mike Davis anymore after the horrible customer service. As a former restaurant manager myself that’s how you definitely not treat your customers.
