Starbucks — Restaurant in Davis

Horrible experience. I went to the one on Lyndell Terrace by the hospital. I went inside due to a huge line in the drive through thinking I would get served faster. No such luck. There was one couple ahead of me who just placed their order. I waited quite a while before mine was taken. I ordered a dark roast pour over and a pre made sandwich. 4 or 5 people came in and were quickly served their order. After 15 min I asked a barista named BARB why others were being served who came in after me. She just said, rudely, condescending, “I’m sorry That happened, it will be right out”. She said this over and over and walked away. I got her attention again and reminded her that my pour over hadn’t even been started. She continued her mantra of “I’m sorry that happened, it will be right out” . I again asked her to stop saying she was sorry and tell me why she kept serving others. Again with the mantra and then she said she didn’t have to answer my questions. Finally the the shift manager found that the machine that prints out stickers of orders was jammed. My order wasn’t processed. No apology. I finally got my order 25 minutes after I ordered it. The barista named BARB needs to be fired. Never have I been...

The Starbucks on Lyndell Terrace in Davis is the worst. Today, waited in line behind 3 cars just to place my order only to find they decided to close at 4:00pm. I had been in line for 6-7 minutes waiting, only to be told at the order kiosk that they were now closed. I said it is just now 4:00pm and I’ve been waiting in line more than 5 minutes. They basically said too bad and wouldn't serve me. I then had to wait for 5 cars in front of me while they got their drinks (another 8 minutes) before I could get out. There were another 4 cars behind me. This has always been a problem child unit with their incredibly rude crew members but this is just over the top now. I will never patronize this Starbuck’s again. I’m heading to Dutch Bros and will be giving them all if my business and intend to tell EVERYONE I know to stop going to Starbuck’s and for sure to never go to the unit on Lyndell...

This has been my go-to Starbucks since moving to Davis last year and can say this Starbucks is not the one to go to if you are in a rush to get to work/school. Mobile orders are not done when received. There have been roughly 10 different occasions where I placed ordered 10-15 minutes ahead of time because I know this place is busy and I get there, then the drink (yes, singular ONE drink) is not done still. Just this morning, I ordered 2 sandwiches 10 minutes in advanced for my boyfriend’s 1st day of work and it took 22 minutes to heat up 2 sandwiches. Everyone in the drive thru (that came after me) were given the exact sandwich I ordered before me. Their organization and prioritization need work.
