Workers make good food but store owner hasn't been opting in to any coupons for the app. This makes it difficult to order ahead so you can stop in on the way home from work and grab a sandwich ready to go with no wait. Instead you have to drive all the way home to grab your coupons and then drive all the way back and have to wait on them to take your order and then make it. And it's just not feasible to order without the coupons because a regular ham and cheese footlong sandwich should not be $12. Not a combo or a meal. Just the sandwich. And it's not even that they won't take the coupons because you can still use the coupons in the store, it's just an inconvenience issue. It's enough of a hassle to take us from eating two subs here once or twice a week to maybe once a month. I'll also tack on the issue of the lady running it not allowing "pizza subs" which used to be a menu item. It's just a salami and pepperoni sandwich with the sauce they use for the meatballs. Other subways in the area will still do it no problem, such as in pauls valley, but we've been given the excuse It has something to do with putting the warm sauce on a cold sandwich, even though it's getting toasted anyways? Read morePlaced an order online as I do multiple times a month. Drove 15min to pick up my order and was told they have no order. Went back and checked only to see my order had been cancelled and not by me. Tried to place my order again but was cut off due to it now being 8:30pm. Tried to ask the employee, La Rai Williams, if there was anything that could be done and she immediately became confrontational and told me she couldn’t help me. When I asked for the managers name and number, she told me she wasn’t giving me the managers personal number and “That’s not how this works”. I never asked for a personal number.
