Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Davis

We sat in line 12 minutes behind what was an employee getting out of vehicle and going inside, our order was passed into vehicle in front of us for about 45 seconds and then passed back in Sonic. We finally got to move up to window and our icecream delivered to us. We told girl at speaker 3 different times what we wanted and both were same. We drove off and had to turn back in line and wait another 5 minutes. Wrong items, that had passed between different vehicles. We waisted about 25 minutes, wanted $ back, they offered to fix it. To late for such a small offer. Still waiting for refund. We stopped in Ardmore after Davis screw-up. Ardmore Sonic got it 1st time and fast!!! They were very busy also. Just to show don't let employees stop by and clown around because we won't stop at Davis...

We were in the drive thru lane at the Davis Sonic last week. We ordered 3 drinks. There were two cars in front of us. The person in the second car was out of the car talking to the person at the window and the person in the first car. The first car finally got their order and the second person got back in her car and drove to the window. She got her order and sat there talking to the person at the window until we finally honked the horn. When we got to the window our drinks still weren't ready. My husband asked the manager if she allowed the employees to socialize instead of work. All in all it took us 10 minutes to get 3 drinks. Speed of...

This place is trash. Food was REALLY salty like they dumped the whole shaker. Clearly stated order and they still messed it up. Nothing but young kids working here who have less collective brain cells then my shoe to fix my order. So there's no point in asking them to fix it, they would still screw it up. Not to mention my kids and I were sitting outside eating and just about every worker coming out the door was mouthing off with various amounts of profanity. Where is the professionalism these days.
