It’s been a while since I have been to T-Kumi, but I keep coming back to have their Ramen. I just really like their broth (Tonkatsu is my favorite) and I like that they put more ingredients in their ramen than most other ramen restaurants without needing to pay extra. However, they have a note on the kiosks when you order that they are “currently out of soft boiled eggs” (my guess is due to the recent high egg prices). I also like their Pork Belly Rice a lot and the kids really like their Popcorn Chicken. They have really good drinks, rice bowls and snack items. You can place your order with their 2 kiosks or you can order with from a staff (most people just order from the kiosk). Once you order from the kiosk, you are given a number and the staff will call out your number when you order is ready, then just raise your hand and they will deliver it to you. Water is self serve through the water dispenser (paper cups available) next to the cash register. Ambiance is chill and they always have some to ing playing on the TV for you to watch (today it is Avatar “Animated”, but sometimes they have K-Pop music videos or some sort of movie). I will continue to come back for their Tonkatsu Ramen as so far I have not found another Ramen place that has as tasty of broth as the...
Read moreIt's tasty, you have to open your egg first because doing so makes the broth thicker. For Tonkatsu ramen it's very thin broth. Personally I like a thicker both, taste wise it did not disappoint. The noodles and thick and tough not soggy which is good, you can let your ramen sit for a while to soften the noodles to your likeing. This is my second time getting ramen here so for its consistent and I appreciate that. It's also very clean inside, it's has chairs and tables inside to sit down and eat but it's set more for take out. The employees are also all very nice and inviting great people skills so I'd go again and I'd recommend it to others👍 Oh and the images below are what I got, the black garlic tonkatsu with pork chashu, it has a smoky taste compared...
Read moreIt's ok for a ramen place. First it's pretty pricy for what you get. (This umami beef bowl and drink cost about 16 dollars and change. I wouldn't have minded if it was amazing but it really wasn't worth the price) I had two other friends with me who got cheese tonkatsu ramen and one regular. The only difference was that the cheese ramen just had cheap parmesan sprinkled on top of it. They both tasted pretty bland and there wasn't a whole lot of flavor to them. My drink (pomegranate strawberry) tasted like very weak tea. The three of us agreed not to come back to this place. The customer service was very good as the workers were friendly hence the extra star. For good ramen, I'd go to Raijin in Sacramento and Yakitori...
