A Scoop or Two — Restaurant in Dayton

Today my husband, myself and our three kiddos finally went to check this little family ran business out. I can say I really regret taking so long to go in! Mike and Melissa were so kind, quick to serve us, huge smiles on their faces. Got to talking and learned a lot about them, had such great conversation, it felt like a home away from home. The ice cream was delicious, they shared many samples with us until we found the perfect flavors! We kept it simple today but I will be trying the ice cream nachos and banana split next time! Couldn't wait to stop for some ice cream and we were not disappointed! Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from, including 5 different types of cones; waffle bowl, waffle cone, chocolate waffle cone, regular cone and sugar cone (regular bowls too).

If you're a fan of soft serve, they have a basic machine with swirled in flavors too.

The hidden secret about this spot is that they offer rolled ice cream! Only in limited flavors right now, but a nice touch!

After a mild misunderstanding over $20 and a distracted mother with 2 small children. Instead of choosing compassion & understanding the owner chose aggression. This could have been handled better. They admitted to being distracted and awkward but after they tried to make things right you proceeded to follow and accuse them of stealing and scream at them. I think you forgot how to human in that moment. Shame on you in this moment. I know that they will never be back, as well as none of their friends and family. I hope you have the day...
