Went here for Mother’s Day. Sat out on the patio. It was beautiful. There was music by frank which was really nice. The problem we had was having to wait over an hour after ordering for our food. We kept being told that the kitchen was behind which is understandable but everyone around us including people who came after us had their food within a timely manner. Our server AJ was nice until I asked about the pickle spear that was supposed to come with my veggie burger and was told it doesn’t come with my meal. So I asked to see a menu and she said,”Why? do you want to order dessert? And I said I’m not sure yet I’d like to see the menu and she got a little verbally aggressive. Any ways my meal did come with a pickle spear according to the menu. Also we were asked if we wanted a shake while waiting as we thought it was a courtesy but was charged for it . And when we asked about it we were told no it was not a courtesy and that everyone was waiting an hour which was NOT true. I will not be returning here. Also. My card was charged the full bill plus over 20% tip added prior to me signing anything. I spoke with the manager Carol Calzada, who was very friendly and resolved all of the issues we had. I really appreciate her!
