I only went for the BMV but noticed Krogers has now closed in this location, leaving behind a large empty space. Honestly, it was never a great Kroger to visit anyway, so it may be best for the community. idk. It's still not a fantastic or impressive shopping center, though. However I feel when you go here you most likely have a destination goal such as McDonald's, BMV, liquor store, dollar store, or smoke shop all of which seem to be fine from my experience just not a great area. But it serves its purpose, and for me, i usually just run into whichever store I'm there for and don't tend to hang around. This has worked well so far.
Handicap accessible: yea, from what I've noticed, most stores in this shopping center seem to be. The smoke shop may be difficult to menuver due to tight walkways.
Time spent here: apx 1 hr (BMV around 2 PM)
Cleanliness: Meh, not TERRIBLE ...also not fantastic. (speaking of outside stores)
Revisit: eh eventually I'll have to revisit the BMV, so yes, but that's my only reason for stopping at this shopping center
Reccomend: If you need to access one of the stores listed above, then sure, just keep low expectations, and...
Read moreI wouldnt recommend going to the phone company metro PC s not only did this man tell me, I had to leave after I confronted him about selling a veteran used phone in which the IMEI number was scratched out, then told him that someone switched him phones that was just like his, because the data was being used. When I asked him. If he could look up where the phone was with the GPS location was since he could look up the data, he obviously look that up, wouldn't you think? 🤔Oh no the owner of this branch knows he did wrong by not only selling my friend a used phone he paid full price for he never received back after he paid another $15 when the phone st stopped working. Had it mailed back to the metro PC s when he came in a week later he was told that he would have to buy a new one!!!! Ripping off anyone is wrong as we all know but he needs...
Read moreHas little bit of everything. Would have given 5 stars except for 3 things. 1: pothole at entrance by mcdonalds drive thru thats been there long enough to have its own area code 2: allowing left turns when exiting out of main drive. With a traffic light no more than 500 yards away where also Smithville narrows, trying to turn left onto south Smithville isnt even a thought to anyone that lives around there. Ive seen countless accidents here. Traffic waiting to turn left INTO Pinewood Plaza easily obscures ones view of traffic going south. Which leads to 3: once into the plaza thru main drive, the stop signs at first cross drive. The main drive has no stop signs; the cross has ones on each. It should be a 4 way stop with larger signs because those with stop signs sometimes dont see em and those without stop thinking they have a stop sign....
