The manager of this location told me that customers should check their food to make sure it's hot before they pull away from this location. To me that is unacceptable there is no reason a customer should have to check to see if their food is hot before they leave a location and then she acted like she was doing me a favor by offering to replace the food I told her I wanted the food replaced and I wanted a refund for having to drive up there twice my friend called four different locations searching for a shamrock shake for me they were the only location that had a shamrock shake but the shake they gave her was running and watery like it had been sitting there all the food was cold and the manager cussed me out she got into a screaming match with me which is a great way to teach new Young individuals just joining the workforce my friend that went to get the food said the employees were dropping the F-bomb behind the counter with their manager right in front of them McDonald's is supposed to be a family-friendly environment a place for young individuals just joining the workforce to learn how to act appropriately at work I will for sure never go to this McDonald's location but honestly this is curb my whole appetite for McDonald's. Read moreThis McDonald’s is unbelievably slow. Every visit ends the same way: instead of handing out food at the drive-thru window, the employees ask customers to pull ahead or park somewhere else to “wait.” They’re clearly doing it to stop the drive-thru timer, not to speed up service.
The irony is that pulling ahead actually makes the wait two to three times longer than if they’d just given you your food at the window. It’s frustrating watching cars that arrived after you drive off while you’re stuck waiting ten more minutes for a simple order.
To make matters worse, most of the employees seem more interested in their phones than in serving customers. You can see them texting, scrolling, and laughing together while people in the drive-thru sit and wait. It’s unprofessional and shows how little pride they take in their work.
This location needs serious management attention. Until then, save yourself the time and headache — go to another McDonald’s where they actually care about customers instead of their timer and their phones.

Went through the drive through and the girl on the speaker was mumbling and was very hard to hear. When I asked her to repeat what she said she said "ugh." I continued to pull up knowing my whole order was going to be wrong and surprise it was. The girl who gave me my food was wearing a hood. I couldn't even tell if she worked there or not. We were missing one fry and waited for her to come back to the window and she started laughing at me along with another employee. She finally came to the window and I told her we were missing a fry. She quickly walks away, then comes back and says "no you only had two fries" and I told her I asked for three. Then she giggled to someone in the background and told me I didn't pay for three. So I asked if I could pay for another fry and she didn't say anything to me and WALKED away! I drove away FUMING without my third fry.
