Monday's used to be the day is for pizza! No more. Strike three and you are out Pizza Factory. My bad experience started three weeks ago on a Monday I ordered pizza my order was wrong. Call the management explain what was going on the issue was never addressed. Went back on the following Monday to get buy one get one free hoping they would redeem themselves only to get a pizza of lesser quality to get home with that was disappointing. I really like Pizza Factory and I hate giving them One Star but I have to. And on my third and final trip this evening I placed an order got back home with my pizza they gave me the wrong Pizza I called and talked to them and the staff was actually very unfriendly very unaccommodating after three bad orders. And a double charge on my credit card that took him 2 weeks to straighten out 2 months ago. They have seriously dropped the ball at this place and I feel like they are just taking advantage of the people of Dayton I suggest you stay away from this place until they get their act together it used to be a fantastic place but no more the quality of the food has dipped drastically the customer service is horrible. if you do go you should go on Monday because half-price is all that ...

Great pizza, especially the cheeseburger, but every time I try to get food from there there are issues. First time they charged my card twice and couldn’t refund it-took a week for them to tell me that. So I took the credit. Second time I ordered-for the credit-they gave me the wrong food and I didn’t notice until I got home which is 30 minutes away. Third time-again for the credit was fantastic. I just tried again and offered to pick up some for another person because again it’s good food and it’s 30 min away. On Mondays they offer a buy one get one free carry out pizza. I get half way there and I go to order both of our orders as separate transactions and was told that I can get two free pizzas even though it’s different transactions. They require that each order be placed under a different phone number and each order has to be picked up by a different person. So even though I placed two separate orders under two different phone numbers I couldn’t get the Coupon on both orders because I was the only one to make the drive. One of Dayton’s most underrated pizza joints. It gets overlooked when comparing to others because it is such a true Mom/Pop shop they have a specific recipe that most will say, It’s not the best pizza (though it is really good and debatable) and it’s never the worst pizza due to one major thing other pizza shops overlook and that’s Consistency! (You will definitely get your pizza EXACT every time, No more No Less) and if you’re a true pizza lover like myself you already know Consistency is key. I’ve been ordering from them for more than 20yrs and I can’t recall ever having to send a pizza back… You can’t go wrong with Pizza Factory, Your family will definitely be happy eating here and I almost forgot their service is top tier and this is about the only place you can still get a pizza delivered in under 15mn 🤯, I swear I once hung up the phone after ordering and 💥 there was a knock at my door and it’s the driver with my food in hand (Like How). I could go on forever with reasons to eat here and I’ve still yet to find one...
