7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Daytona Beach

I’m giving one star because my first experience was great, my second experience was not the same. I showed up during a decent rush. While in the left lane I noticed cars that had pulled up after me placing my order, getting their coffees and leaving. As I finally pull up to pay, they proceeded to hand me a “frozen coffee” that I watched had been sitting outside in 90+ degrees for about 7 orders that pulled up after me in the opposite lane. Once I see how melted the drink is, I said I’d like to respectfully decline the drink. The girl who brings drinks out insists on remaking it. The cashier takes my cash payment during the time of the “remake”. Upon returning, I noticed she gave me back the same exact melted drink. Instead of demanding my money back and causing a scene I choose to just never come back. I don’t know if you train your employees to sell what’s made regardless of the quality, but it was beyond ridiculous. The gesture to remake it and hand me the same drink in return was a major disappointment, then to tell me to enjoy the rest of my day after is diabolical considering you knew what you just did. We went and ordered a large cinnamon roll coffee and a large key lime pie energy. They only charged my card for partial amount of the full bill, and then came back to say I owed more, which is wild, why not charge me all at once? After I paid the remaining amount in cash, they gave us our drinks. The cinnamon roll coffee definitely was not correct, didn’t even taste like cinnamon. I’ve been to A LOT of 7 brews all over the country as it’s our families fav coffee/energy stop, & this was by far our worst experience. Employees weren’t exactly polite or welcoming, which we could’ve ignored on its own. But we waited way too long for our drinks & watched them melt in the sun because the employees were taking selfies with the dog in the car ahead of us & forgot to make said cars drinks while doing so.
