If I could put zero stars I would. I had an horrible experience with this location it’s sad. The poor work ethic and poor customer service from the night crew is very disappointing to say the least. I approached the speaker and waited for a few minutes. After no answers and 3 more cars pulling behind me I decided to approach to window because initially I thought it was closed until I looked up the hours online and called. After being at the window for a minute a worker who reported her name as Genesis opened the window. I asked if they were open and she stated, we only have tacos, because she didn’t answer the question the was initially asked I asked again are you guys closed. I proceeded to tell her I would like 2 tacos she stated I would need to drive around and get back in line behind 3 other cars because she can’t take orders at the window although, I was at the speaker for several minutes and no one answered. I advised that I would not be going to the speaker again and waiting as I was already at the speaker and I shouldn’t have to leave the window to wait behind 3 cars when I was the first one in line . She stated if I didn’t leave the window she would call the police and I advised her to because I did nothing wrong. This location needs to be shut down if they are going to hire piss poor workers with bad work ethic. They all seem to be hiding from Taking orders so if I assumed they were closed and drove off that’s less work for them or if they say they only had tacos that prevents them from fulfilling customers...
Read moreWent this evening and inquired about the chicken burrito. The cashier advised what came on the burrito. I decided to order and asked for extra chicken and to make sure that the chicken was really hot. My order appeared as ordered on the screen. I paid and receive the order. We checked the burrito and was surprised that it was pressed. The burrito was extremely thin, so I inquired with the cashier that there was extra chicken. Her response: “you wanted extra chicken?” I replied yes, and we were charged for it. She closed the door and walked to the back. In the meantime, we found that the burrito was lacking sour cream, that comes on the burrito. She eventually came back with a small container asking could she just give us some chicken. We replied no and requested that a new one be made. While trying to explain the lack of sour cream, the cashier Cierra, closed the door in my face and once again walked off. I honked my horn to get her attention and she continued walking off. Not knowing what would happen to a remade order, we had already decided that we would rather a refund. Another employee came to the window to discuss the order. I told her, at this point we just wanted a refund and expressed how I didn’t appreciate Cierra closing the door in my face while I was still talking. The employee went to get a manager who processed the refund and asked were we sure that we didn’t want a remade burrito. I hope that Cierra has a better night if I...
Read moreIT’S A BRAND NEW STORE!!! You think I’m the beginning you’d have a great experience, but nope! So, the first time was when I was on my way home from Pictona…at the drive the I got denied service. Clearly they were still open and my order could’ve been taken…but at 830ish on a Tuesday evening, I was told, “we are not taking orders”. Tonight Sunday Nov. 20th, a few weeks after the previous incident, my family and I were coming home from a movie. It was 9:20pm…and there was even another car at the window. “Sorry, we are not taking orders”, she says. I replied, “Really? You’re closed…what time do you close?”…”The store hours are listed online”…”Really…(long Pause)…I actually have to go online to know, you can’t tell me?”…”We have a really big order, so we’re not taking any orders right now”…”Ok, so when will you be taking orders?”….”We’re not taking orders right now.” So Clearly, there are several locations where the employees set the rules for work, the hours and even whether they take only cash. Granada Blvd store only takes cash sometimes… Maybe, the Taco Bell’s in the Ormond and Daytona areas will soon be going out of business. Silly employees…if you don’t sell any food…there’s no revenue to keep the store open…they cut staff hours and and eventually close up shop. Maybe the employees run the show at all the locations…and maybe, the owners of these locations need to hire some secret shoppers…to do quality checks….before business just...
