If I could put zero stars I would. I had an horrible experience with this location itâs sad. The poor work ethic and poor customer service from the night crew is very disappointing to say the least. I approached the speaker and waited for a few minutes. After no answers and 3 more cars pulling behind me I decided to approach to window because initially I thought it was closed until I looked up the hours online and called. After being at the window for a minute a worker who reported her name as Genesis opened the window. I asked if they were open and she stated, we only have tacos, because she didnât answer the question the was initially asked I asked again are you guys closed. I proceeded to tell her I would like 2 tacos she stated I would need to drive around and get back in line behind 3 other cars because she canât take orders at the window although, I was at the speaker for several minutes and no one answered. I advised that I would not be going to the speaker again and waiting as I was already at the speaker and I shouldnât have to leave the window to wait behind 3 cars when I was the first one in line . She stated if I didnât leave the window she would call the police and I advised her to because I did nothing wrong. This location needs to be shut down if they are going to hire piss poor workers with bad work ethic. They all seem to be hiding from Taking orders so if I assumed they were closed and drove off thatâs less work for them or if they say they only had tacos that prevents them from fulfilling customers...
Read moreWent this evening and inquired about the chicken burrito. The cashier advised what came on the burrito. I decided to order and asked for extra chicken and to make sure that the chicken was really hot. My order appeared as ordered on the screen. I paid and receive the order. We checked the burrito and was surprised that it was pressed. The burrito was extremely thin, so I inquired with the cashier that there was extra chicken. Her response: âyou wanted extra chicken?â I replied yes, and we were charged for it. She closed the door and walked to the back. In the meantime, we found that the burrito was lacking sour cream, that comes on the burrito. She eventually came back with a small container asking could she just give us some chicken. We replied no and requested that a new one be made. While trying to explain the lack of sour cream, the cashier Cierra, closed the door in my face and once again walked off. I honked my horn to get her attention and she continued walking off. Not knowing what would happen to a remade order, we had already decided that we would rather a refund. Another employee came to the window to discuss the order. I told her, at this point we just wanted a refund and expressed how I didnât appreciate Cierra closing the door in my face while I was still talking. The employee went to get a manager who processed the refund and asked were we sure that we didnât want a remade burrito. I hope that Cierra has a better night if I...

So, the first time was when I was on my way home from PictonaâŚat the drive the I got denied service. Clearly they were still open and my order couldâve been takenâŚbut at 830ish on a Tuesday evening, I was told, âwe are not taking ordersâ. Tonight Sunday Nov. 20th, a few weeks after the previous incident, my family and I were coming home from a movie. It was 9:20pmâŚand there was even another car at the window. âSorry, we are not taking ordersâ, she says. I replied, âReally? Youâre closedâŚwhat time do you close?ââŚâThe store hours are listed onlineââŚâReallyâŚ(long Pause)âŚI actually have to go online to know, you canât tell me?ââŚâWe have a really big order, so weâre not taking any orders right nowââŚâOk, so when will you be taking orders?ââŚ.âWeâre not taking orders right now.â So Clearly, there are several locations where the employees set the rules for work, the hours and even whether they take only cash. Granada Blvd store only takes cash sometimes⌠Maybe, the Taco Bellâs in the Ormond and Daytona areas will soon be going out of business. Silly employeesâŚif you donât sell any foodâŚthereâs no revenue to keep the store openâŚthey cut staff hours and and eventually close up shop. Maybe the employees run the show at all the locationsâŚand maybe, the owners of these locations need to hire some secret shoppersâŚto do quality checksâŚ.before business just...
