Gotta love this place! I visited this Subway store yesterday. It’s operated by Greg Olvera, and his name is proudly displayed on the door so you know exactly who is accountable for this business. Just seeing that, gave me a lot of confidence. (The last KFC in town that I went to didn’t even want to tell me who was responsible for the disaster going on inside there. You can read that review under my profile.) Greg was right there on the line working alongside his employees when I entered the store, and he’s a friendly likable guy who clearly pays attention to the details. I’ve always liked Subway for the fact that they actually deliver exactly what their marketing says - they serve fresh, healthy foods that you can select for yourself right there on the spot, at very reasonable prices, and they were posting their calorie counts long before the industry was forced to do so. No behind-the-scenes smoke & mirrors going on here. The store is impressive, it’s new, spotlessly clean, and everything looks fresh and ready to go. Greg‘s staff are friendly and full of smiles, ready to help you in anyway they can. If you don’t know it, Subway have also just started slicing their own meats, so you get the freshest cuts possible. Too busy working to get over there? No problem, get your subs delivered using any popular food delivery service including DoorDash, UberEats, PostMates & Grubhub. And if you’ve read this far, then you’re in luck, because next Tuesday, July 11, (2023), between 10 AM and 12 Noon, the first 50 people to be served can get a free 6 inch Hero sub, while supplies last. No, I’m not kidding, the sign is right there in the window. So what ya waiting for? Hours - Mon to Fri 8am to 12am (midnight). Sat & Sun 9am to midnight. No, I don’t have any financial interest in this business, nor did I receive any compensation from them for this post, not even one if their delicious cookies. I just love promoting great...

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience as a new employee at Subway. Unfortunately, my time there was marked by several concerning incidents .Late Arrival and Transportation Challenges .Unrealistic Training Expectations .Mixed Signals Regarding Employment Status .Missed Opportunity for Training .Feeling Discriminated Against
As someone who had recently moved to Florida, I was still navigating the local bus routes. On my third day, I encountered delays due to missing the bus. I apologize for any inconvenience this caused. However, instead of understanding my situation, I faced frustration from management Joyce required me to complete numerous training videos promptly. While I diligently worked through them, the pressure to finish before the third day felt excessive. This expectation was unrealistic for 1 week of learning training videos cut down to 2-3 days. I was instructed to come into work, leading me to believe I hadn't been fired. However, afterward, I was unexpectedly was terminated. Clear communication about my employment status would have been appreciated Rather than utilizing the available time to show me how to make sandwiches, I was let go prematurely for not being able to finish my training videos in 3 days. I believe this decision hindered my learning process.Overall, I felt discriminated against due to the lack of patience and understanding. As a new employee, I needed guidance and support, not abrupt dismissal.
I hope Subway takes these concerns seriously and ensure more supportive environment for...
Read moreOrdering online was horrible. We tried and tried to order 2 sandwiches on line and it would not explain what to do or it would not open or it would reject what you set up or not allow you to pay for it with a credit card. I finally cleared out my whole order and started over. Then it finally excepted that same credit card. We took about an hour to finally get it to go through. We even tried a DIFFERANT credit card and it would not go through. That whole thing needs to be restructured.
I did not like that they had not started fixing my subs, BY the time it said it would be READY. Plus, I really did not like the fact that the sub was made in the back room.
When we got them home, SOME of the things I requested on the sandwiches were not on it or there was so LITTLE of it that you had to really look hard to find any of it.
I felt like they made it up with the older stuff. They were not too busy to make them up out front. So why did they have to make it in the back room.?
THE employees were very nice but I just did not like my on line order was made out back.it made me feel very uneasy about the on line deal. Was it a deal or a way to get rid of the old stuff.??? Plus I was not given a choice as to where I wanted the order to go..We prefer the Ridgewood Subway in S....
