Dunkin' — Restaurant in Daytona Beach

There is no way that this Dunkin' Donuts is getting so many 5 star reviews. They must be fake reviews.

I only get chocolate cream filled doughnuts when I go to Dunkin' Donuts. They literally had a tiny amount of cream in each doughnut. Which is ridiculous because I have been ordering them for many years and I know how much cream should be in them. The owner, Pat Barnett, is an elderly woman who was disrespectful and was quite greedy towards me. She told me I cannot have a refund (I never even asked for one, I just said there wasn't enough cream in them) and that she is following Dunkin' brands policy so no more cream will be in the doughnuts. She basically did nothing in this situation. I paid $1 for each doughnut that was basically a small bread roll. Bread rolls aren't worth $1 each, they come free when you go to a sit-down restaurant. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. I am hoping people stay away from any Dunkin' Donuts that she owns. She also owns the Dunkin' Donuts on Clyde Morris Blvd. in Port Orange, Florida.

Everyone reading this, PLEASE speak up when you aren't satisfied. Dunkin' Donuts has enough money to satisfy...

I'm a regular Door Dasher here and an occasional customer. I know recently this location has had an "employee overhaul" because everyone is primarily new or from other locations I guess. It seems the store is still working the kinks out a little to get back to normalcy. Sunday morning as I was departing the store, I heard something very troubling to me. As I'm entering my vehicle, I notice a newer employee (maybe a boss or something) pull up rather quickly and he gets out, slams his door and says something to the effect of "these N words, (a racial term) act like they can't do anything without me"..Maybe not those exact words but close to that. I didn't say anything to him because truthfully he probably didn't notice me and I had an order to deliver rather quickly. Now I know crews and co-workers will talk a certain way amongst each other, but a higher up should never speak like that toward his crew. Rubbed me the wrong way as a Jamaican man but I kept it to myself. I love the new crew honestly, they seem like good workers, but it's certain things you shouldn't say aloud. You never know who...

Good evening everyone form Daytona and near counties. In the evening of March 3, 2024, I visited this store. I was visiting for bikers week. And I and my appearance was that day as a homeless because I am going to some hardships in Life however, I am studying criminal justice. Well, I was asking for permission to use the bathroom and it seems that the intentions of the manager were mens Rea with an evil mind. When I told her I was going to use the bathroom and she had a tantrum and and she Did not listen. Her listening skill are worse than private Pyle.and know this is an option but her reaction on her face after I ask her politely. I assume she has mental issues but I have no evidence to prove it. I know that this remarks are very strong but that is the message that I felt she cross the like because I am homeless supposedly when I was there for bikers week I appreciate is this store is corporate or franchise to remove this lady give her a corrective action or I don't know what to she does not behave like...
