Looking for transparency? You’ve got it.
I’m an out-of-towner visiting family and continuing my personal food tour—with a stop at Euphoria. Let’s be real: with a name like that, expectations are instantly high. And from a branding perspective? Nailed it. The name is catchy, elevated, and promises a vibe.
Walking in, the space itself is sleek and inviting. However, it was clear the team was mid-prep for the evening—mopping floors, tidying up—which made things feel a bit in transition. Case in point: when I went to sit at the bar, there were literally no chairs because the floor had just been cleaned. Being the gentleman I am, I helped the bartender, Bre, pull the stools down. Small moment, but worth noting.
Let’s talk food: I ordered the lemon pepper wings and a salmon Caesar salad—two solid picks. The wings were crisp, well-seasoned, and hit the spot. The salad was fresh, and the salmon was perfectly cooked. As for the drink? Bre whipped up a custom rum punch that was smooth, tropical, and honestly—delicious. She definitely brought the energy and personality that made the experience stand out.
While we ate, the owner continued buffing the floors, which didn’t really bother us—but it was a bit noticeable. It gave off a “we’re still getting ready” feel even though guests were already being served.
A few recommendations: • Try to complete major prep (like floor cleaning) before guests arrive—it helps maintain that seamless, polished atmosphere. • Make bar seating fully available, even during transitions. • And please—list drink prices! You’ve got a wide range of options, but no pricing on the menu made things a bit unclear.
Final take: Euphoria has great potential. The food is solid, the vibes are there, and Bre, the bartender, was hands-down the star of the show. A little more polish on the operational side and this place could really live up...
Read moreVery nice atmosphere, exquisite cuisine and very polite, professional and courteous staff. I visited during lunch with a large party and was immediately accommodated. Our orders took some time which was understandable considering we had some special requests. I had 2 areas that in my opinion needed improvement. 1. The tap water was unfiltered and had a typical Florida tap water taste(unpleasant to say the least) I switched to a soda only to discover the soda water tasted like the tap water. I have seen where bad water can affect the foods it is used to prepare such are rice and potatoes. I suggest a minimal investment in a filtration system for the water, this would definitely take this establishment to the next level. The salad plate was hot , presumably because it has just came from the washer, this wilted the lettuce at the bottom of the dish a little. This was very minor bit for the two and 1 spoon which was a little suspect as far as being washed properly, I withheld 1 star. But I will most definitely return for the Lamb dish it was the best I've tasted from any establishment and the price was commensurate with the portion and quality. I only snapped a few pictures and did not tour the full establishment but plan to do so upon...
Read moreI’m sitting here writing this review as we wait on our checks that we asked for 10 minutes ago. We were highly dissatisfied with this establishment. So much so, that we ended up asking for our checks. We chose this place to celebrate a birthday while here on vacation. The drinks were nasty, food came out nasty, cold AND wrong after waiting around 45+ minutes for it (the restaurant was empty when we came in). Our waitress got our orders completely wrong on multiple occasions. When we attempted to tell the waitress that she got our orders wrong, she got defensive and had an attitude. Some of the things we ordered never even came out (even as I’m typing this). There were things we ordered that weren’t even available once we flagged down the manager to voice our complaints. The manager wasn’t much help, stating “Oh, that’s interesting because I watched your food come out from the kitchen and we immediately served it to you all” when I told her that the food came out cold. I had no reason to lie and at this point, I just wanted to pay so I could leave this place. We are from out of town and were excited to try this place and we are absolutely disappointed. We will be going to Outback once we FINALLY get our checks and leave this disaster...
