We should have walked out as soon as we saw how dirty the establishment was. The booths are stained, the seats are ripped, the walls have spatter of god knows what, and the light near our table was flickering for our entire visit. Booths and tables near by did not appear to be any cleaner (which is concerning considering how well we could see how dirty they were even from a distance).

The food was not an improvement on the appearance by any means. We started with a crab spinach brie dip with chips. The chips were burnt and not seasoned whatsoever. According to my husband and friend, the dip was nearly inedible. It was bland with an unusual flavor, the consistency of canned cat food, and the brie was nowhere to be found. I informed the waitress that I have a pepper allergy which she noted to the cook. The dip has at least 2 types of peppers in it and I was not informed. Thank God I didn't eat any before my husband noticed or I'd have gone to the hospital.

Our entree's were equally if not more terrible than the appetizer. The chicken club was beyond burnt and had no seasoning, the burger was under seasoned and grainy, and the fries on both plates were exceedingly bland. Apparently this cook has no familiarity with the use of salt. My swordfish had an unusual texture like it had sit for a while before being heated and served. My baked potato was clearly reheated in a microwave given the appearance and consistency. My FOUR pieces of asparagus (which was an upcharge) had the fibrous woody end still attached, the portion that is inedible. It concerns me that an inedible portion of a vegetable was served, and makes me question how thoroughly they prepare the food, including washing the vegetables.

This was not a cheap meal. Our entree's averaged $20+ each. This is a horrible establishment to eat at with horrible food. The only saving grace to this experience was the very kind waitress. She was extremely apologetic about the pepper incident, however a member of management never came over to express concern like other restaurants have in the past. I will never recommend this restaurant.

WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

Edit: review was formerly a 1 star. I have increased it to 2 stars. We spoke to a supervisor about our experience. He gave us a slight discount on the meal and comp cards for future use. He said he is the new general manager and is working on improving the restaurants quality and consistency. I am still not pleased with our experience today, but will keep an open mind about trying it in the next few months to give him the chance to improve like he...

I wanted to fill you in on the turn out of my daughters sweet 16 dinner we had therr with anout 25 guests. I was pretty disappointed with the night. The big reason I switched my event to Stonewood was because I wanted quality food and service. We were celebrating my daughters sweet 16 so it was a special night. We had Micheal and Tiffany. Micheal was absolutely amazing, I really wanted to point that out. Tiffany wanted to make sure everyone sat in the specific seats to order dinner that way when the food came out it could be organize which I totally understood as I was a server and bartender for 8 years so I made everyone sit before we placed the order. After ordering it took probably 25 minutes for the salads to come out which I thought was a little weird but whatever, we were having fun so I didn't think much of it. The food took long as well but the big issue was how absolutely unorganized it was. 6 or so people ordered filet, several ordered sirloin, many with mashed potatoes. Almost every single person was given the wrong steaks. Most that ordered filet got sirloin and so on. Several were cooked wrong and had to get sent back, probably because they were given to the incorrect people. My food, as well as my husband, mother and mother in law got our food after everyone was finished, a solid 20 mins after everyone else. Tiffany gave a little bit of an attitude to a couple guests about it when it was addressed but i chopped it up to maybe she waa stressed out about it. I would think a place like Stonewood would be better prepared for a party. If you have that many steaks going out with similar sides, there should have been a system, tags or something in them to identify the difference between filet/sirloin, and temp differences. I made sure everyone stayed in the seats they ordered from to make sure to comply with Tiffanys request as well but obviously it didn't help at all. I didn't complain, even the manager came over to check as one of the servers told him the issues but I didn't make it a big deal. I didn't want to get upset at my daughters event with my whole family there but I was extremely disappointed. I spent close to $1k between food, alcohol, and tip and left feeling unhappy. I was surprised to hear they were both taking other tables, not sure if that had anything to do with all the unorganization but it was a mess. I sent this email to management and not...

UPDATE: received a call from one of the operating partners, John. Stand up guy, acknowledges more training is needed and offered to replace our $50 gift card. We declined, thanked him for his call and his concern and we will be back. Stonewood started here locally and we always support local. Thank you, John. Appreciate the call and we will rest assured you’ll address the issues. Look forward to our next visit. Oh-and if you ask for more toast points and pickles on the stone bits app they’ll bring them no charge-they reduced the # because people weren’t eating them all which we understand and appreciate.

Have always been a Stonewood supporter. Went several times this year including Mothers Day and Fathers Day. Saw the Labor Day promotion and bought the $50 gift card and got the $20 bonus dollars. Went to the LPGA location tonight. Went into the sports bar like we always do. Sat down, got menus (no silver/napkins which I’ve never understood). Ordered drinks and an app. App comes, need to ask for silver and napkins - it’s the stone bits. Used to be really good-plenty of toasted bread and pickles-not anymore. Decent, but not like it used to be. Finished the app, waitress came to get another drink order and reminded her we were ordering dinner too. App plate and our side plates were obviously done but she didn’t take any of them-off to the kitchen empty handed. Several trips later I asked her to please take away the plates which she did although my husband put his on the other end of the 6 top (there were only 2 of us but nowhere else to sit) and it, along with drink glasses, were there until we left. The filets were good, as were the veggies and potatoes. Overall a meh experience. On Mothers and Fathers Day they were meh...

Honestly not expecting the quality of this restaurant. Host staff was friendly and the ambiance was reminiscent of a few country clubs I've visited. Our server Kelci was a delight. She had high energy and was down to Earth making my wife and I feel invited. She promptly took our order, we went with the Heritage French Onion soup and the Mexican Street Corn Ribs for appetizers. The french onion soup was mellow and subtle, but nothing extra ordinary. The Mexican Street Corn Ribs were a lovely combination of sweet, salty, tangy, and crisp with a hint of grill char. Interesting twist on a simple Mexican dish, but still nothing breath taking, until the main course. For our entrées we ordered the Oak Grilled Cheese Burger and the Porcini Bone In Pork Chop. The cheese burger was thick and looked like every other burger...a bit dry, but my wife ordered it well-down. However, what made it not favorable is that the patty had no flavor. Now the Porcini Bone In Pork Chop took me for a ride. The portion was generous and the pork was so tender and took to the marinade so well. The char really give it the texture to bring it all together. The two sides where the honey carrots and roasted garlic mashed potatoes which were simple, but they both had great complimentary flavors for the pork chop. This was absolutely an amazing dish. Lastly, we ended the meal with the Chocolate Bread Pudding. This has been the most intoxicating desert. The bread pudding tender yet firm to hold together, and to absorb the astounding brandy sauce and vanilla icecream. This experience went quickly from ok to must visit in my list. Check the place out and give them some love.

My friend ordered the BLAST, and I had the Ginger Lime Salmon bowl. Both were delicious. Everything was flavorful, and consistent with the past times we have been there. This particular night they were out of the Brussel sprouts, which believe it or not, was the deciding factor on where we would be meeting. It sounds odd, but they are THAT good. Our server Ethan was great. Very attentive and resourceful. The only reason for the 4 star, is the other servers working there. They sat a table of probably 20 people across from our booth making a narrow path. The main server for that group bumped into our table no less than three times while he was talking to his group. It wasn’t a slight bump either. In fact the first time, he hit the table twice with his bottom, and with such force, it sent our drinks flying. He then walked into our table while walking by 2 more times. Then another server did the same. Each time, no one acknowledged that they did it. A simple “I’m sorry,” would have sufficed. We completely understand the need to serve large groups and make accommodations but it would seem more appropriate to be mindful of what space is available for these groups and maybe not seat others so close. Honestly, if they had told us when they were putting all the tables together, we would have graciously picked up and moved to another location if we had known. We ended up with water all over our table and the idea that maybe the service isn’t completely on point for the venue.
