Manager by the name of “Jessica” was very rude to me even called me “RATCHET” and took a picture of me because she wanted to make my sub how she wanted to and not how I asked, so my only request was to put MAYO on both sides of my bread instead of on my meat and cheese, unfortunately that is a crime because she called the police on me and trespassed me, lol. As a “manager” you suppose to set the bar for your peers/colleagues which was not done correctly the alteration should have not escalated as far as it did especially when your suppose to be leading by example, and all of that about a simple Mayo request turned out bad is very pathetic. I even told her, her colleagues have done it for me with no problem and she stated “ That’s them not me I’m the manager,” which I then just asked for my money back as I had already paid for it until she didn’t do what I requested. Read moreI go in late night and still get great tasting sub and the guy at night is very nice and makes a good sub. UPDATE:11/17/24. I just went to this subway at 5pm on Monday. There was no line. I had a coupon for $3.99 6inch. I ordered. A roast beef toasted. I went to use my coupon and pregnant lady rudely said I could not and that it stated it on the coupon. On the coupon it says garlic roast beef and there was no garlic roast beef on their menu so I did not think that meant regular roast beef. She went into a tizzy telling me they were a testing store so their names were not correct on the menu. So I decide to pay full price and it's. 30 cents more than I have on my card like, $7.89. So I explain I don't have that much ill have to order something I can use my coupon with and she tells me they won't make me anything else and snatches the sub away.
