So I went inside to place my order, ya know, not being "lazy" like the folks in the drive-thru.
After waiting 10 minutes, she just helped a customer at the counter (white male). She then acknowledged me to say, "oh be patient we're short staffed" Mind you I hadn't said a word the entire time I had been waiting, just looking over the menu and waiting to be acknowledged.
I then informed her, "No worries, I just finished a gig at the Crystal Ballroom on the beach, and I'm just ready to get back home to Jacksonville and I haven't ate all day."
After waiting another 8 minutes, she proceeds to take someone in the drive-thru order and makes drinks, etc, and gets those orders out the window.
Now I'm slightly irritated, but still, I didn't say a word, just patiently waited. She then asks me, "Do you know what you want? Are you ready to order?"
N I'm like, uhh yeah! I placed my order and went to pay. They apparently don't have tap to pay, so I was like ok I'm going to get my wallet.
I came back in. She wasn't in sight, and at that point, I was over it and spotted the McDonald's next door.
Granted, I understand that every restaurant may experience staff shortages, but I think it's important to teach the staff to be courteous and make sure ALL CUSTOMERS...
Read moreIt’s ok food, yet even when you buy chicken they want to charge you for dipping sauces. Their food is quarter of the size of other places. Similar prices, even though it’s less, and yet they charge you for dipping sauces. So, they end up being more expensive for less food. I’ve given them a few chances, but after tonight after waiting 37 minutes in the drive through with only 3 people ahead of me and them trying to charge me for dipping sauces for my chicken I ordered, I won’t go back again. Not to mention someone walked upto the window while we were all waiting in the drive through line and the person working the drive through window handed them something then they walked away. Maybe it would’ve been faster service if we just walked up to the window, cut the line, ordered food, and received their order before the people waiting in the drive through line.

Read more0 Stars....We were on vacation from Michigan & it was my husband's 1st experience at a Krystals & he liked the food, but!!! When our friend took her lid off her fountain drink, to eat the ice there were ants all in her cup & up under the rim trapped by the lid....absolutely disgusting we all felt sick after seeing that (thinking what did we eat) & when we showed the mgr, she said "sorry, would u like a new drink"....? Really? We had to ask for a refund on her meal, then they didn't even attemt to check the cups, lids or the soft drink machine to see where the ants even came from. Where theres 1, theres more...DUH! They showed no concern for the issue, & acted so ignorant about it like its not disgusting & common to have ants in your drink & not jst 1 or 2 but 7 or 8 & whatever she ended up drinking....health inspector should be notified on...
