I would like to speak with someone in upper management with the atrocious state of your store and staff at 158 Ridgewood Ave in Holly Hill Florida. I placed an order online and picked it up via the drive thru(7:33pm). When my order was being handed out, I noticed the employee see how greasy the Italian cheese bread box was, and placed our stack of napkins between our pizza box and the ICB as it was soaking through the box. We pulled into the nearest gas station to check the order. The ICB was incredibly old and super greasy, yet somehow dried out in places. Upon checking our cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was quite undercooked with a large wad of cheese in the center of the pie. Understanding that things happen, we called to request our order to be remade(7:40). They told us to bring it back and they would do so. No problem, great. Upon arrival, I was told by whom I thought to be the woman in charge that that was how they do it, and that was maybe just a lot of butter sauce on the ICB, but the pizza looked fine. At this point, I regretted not taking photos of the original order as I then saw where this was headed. I still requested they be remade. I asked, and she told me they'd be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I thank her, and head out to my car to wait(7:50). I come back in at 8:02. Not only did no one say anything to me, the employees who had to come by the front made sure they never even seemed to look in my direction and it wasn't their problem. Employees by the make line were laughing and hanging around a closed make line. The cleanliness of the store was clearly not a concern. When I was finally able to get the Drive thru cashier to look at me, she asked the guy taking the pizzas out. He replied 'what?'. She went back to drive thru, he went back to boxing up pizzas. Then there was no one again. Once more, I ask drive thru about my order. She gets the woman in charge again. She has no idea where my pizza is. Her and the pizza boxer talk, and find it in the stack of pizzas he'd pulled and box. She showed the pizza to me and asked if it was good, and it was barely even cooked again. They re-pan it and put it in the oven side door for an additional half a cooking cycle. I wait. Again. After a couple minutes, the woman in charge opens the hot holding unit on the front counter. Opens up the front one, and it looks like I'd expect. She tells me unnecessarily that it just came up, but when I came in I watched them be placed in the warmer over 10 minutes ago. Whatever, but noted. Suddenly Drive through comes over, starts fiddling with the ICB. I tell her "that front one was just checked, that's for me." She nods, puts it away. Then not 10 seconds later opens it, grabs both, and immediately heads to the window and hands them out. I was Baffled. I of course raised my voice to exclaim "That's my cheese bread!" But it's too late. I get her attention and ask her why she sold my ICB. She shrugs and gets the woman in charge. She first goes to the oven, where my pizza was just coming out. Grabbed it, didn't show it to me and tells me to have a good night. I ask about my ICB. She immediately spins around checking the warmers for one, but there is none. None in the oven, either. At this point(8:15). I ask her to just swap the ICB for a crazy bread and call it. She says she can't refund things, so she'll just put my name in the books, whatever that means. Exhausted of the whole ordeal I walk out. Now, driving away and ravenously hungry I grab a breadstick. No parm, no glaze. Just dry plain breadstick.
Wow. In the worst way, just wow. Were this my establishment, I would be embarrassed. Having been employed by a Little Caesars as a teenager, I know the job. These people simply didn't care at all for the job they were doing, and it comes...
Read moreI placed a delivery order with this little ceasers and I'm appalled and shocked that they had the NERVE to deliver the pizza and bread sticks that showed up at my home. Delivery of food can sometimes be a gamble to whether it's a little cold or not so perfect but can still be edible. I was absolutely disgusted by this order that I couldn't possibly have eaten. The pizza had no crust and what there was looked greyish brown. The bread sticks were completely flat and uncooked. The worst thing I've ever seen. I didn't even try to eat it because I was worried about food poisoning. I had to call doordash for a refund that I was supposed to get but never did. I had to call my bank to reverse the charge. I had told doordash that the delivery driver come back to pick it up or deliver another pizza. Doordash said they don't do that. I called the store and was told they are sorry for my bad experience. And that's all they said. I had a similar experience from little ceasers but I could still eat it and I thought I would try again and this is what happened this time. I can't believe they actually had the gall to deliver something like that to someone's home. Obviously old dough they wanted to get rid of and figured if they send it to be delivered than they could get away with it. So gross!! If you order from THIS store I would look at the food before the delivery driver leaves. All little ceasers stores are not like this one. Beware of how they could care less about their customers. Thankyou for reading this my fellow patrons of this Holly Hill...
Read moreCheck your Little Caesars pizza for flies!
After a busy day, I decided to go to Little Caesars in Holly Hill to treat my 3 children and myself to pizza. Had to wait for my Supreme to finish cooking, no big deal. Get my order and get home to eat. I give each of the kids their 2 pieces to start eating, they are complaining that their cheese pizza is burnt. I told them it was a little dark but not burnt to go ahead. I finished one slice of Supreme and went to get another slice only to discover a fly baked into the crust! Ew! So I tried calling the store. The call was answered and as soon as I start speaking, the phone was sat on the counter. I sat on the phone with no one responding for over 5 and a half minutes. Finally I hang up and go to the store where the lady tried to argue with me that it was cheese crusties. The Supreme was fresh and not overcooked at all! I argued thst cheese crusties would not have wings and legs! The manager comes over to complete my refund and argues that half the pizza shouldn't be gone "next time". Mind you, we returned an entire pizza and 2 slices worth, the kids were hungry! I suggested they not serve pizzas with flies. I will continue to warn everyone to check your pizzas! That is disgusting and the customer service was...
