Visit yesterday I asked them to make sure they included the has brown because it was forgotten last time. I get my food go to work. The receipt was correct but on the bagel was bacon, and not sausage. I called the manager on 8/4/22 and she was very polite and said she credit my breakfast. I went today and when I received my food checked it. The receipt on the sandwich said sausage but then when I looked it was bacon. As the window was open I laughed as I said you have issues in there. This was a comp meal as yesterday it was messed up and then the receipt was correct yet same problem. The young girl says she will fix it but donât talk down to her and say she has issues. I told her I didnât say she had issues inside the store has issues. As I started to continue she shuts the window and walks away. When she brought the sand which back I asked her name and she said Emily, I asked the manager name from yesterday morning and she said she has no idea who it was,and then I ask for the store manager she said Nicole. As I went to ask for the number she shut the window and walked away again.
I drive off and take a drink and the orange juice obviously ran out as this is water with a hungry of orange

   Read moreIt was lunch rush, they had me pull to a stop to wait for my food. I know it's so that good window times, so it's fine. First the guy to run out the food tried to give me the wrong food. Honest mistake, it happens. I wait out there with my four kids for twenty minutes. Unacceptable for fast food. I go in to see what the problem is, the manager asks me what order I'm waiting for, I tell her, and she says they are waiting on nuggets and fries. I tell her nuggets and fries don't take twenty minutes, just because it's fact and I'm frustrated. She looks at the guy running out the food, and he's apologizing. So I'm assuming my order went to someone else, or maybe got bumped off the screen. He hands me food, wrong again, I pull out the things that are not mine, and tell the manager the remaining food I require, she gets it to me quickly, and I'm out of there. The manager Kayla was laughing at my grandparents when they simply asked which was the water and which cup was sprite she just started laughingâŚshe threw the apple slices into the happy meal box and damn near tossed it at my grandfatherâŚ..my grandma is diabetic and she ordered a large unsweetened tea and they would not take back the half and half and proceeded to ignore us after they had messed our order upâŚwe were ignored and laughed at for no reason. It was a nice day and we just wanted to enjoy some lunch instead we got terrible attitudes and terrible customer service!!!
