Came in today with my boyfriend for a quick lunch at 12:45 with plenty of time to spare before they closed. As soon as I started ordering the girl taking my order gave me a rude look and started looking around as if there was a huge line when there was only one person behind me. I didn’t think much of it as I just assumed it was a long day, but as we sat down to eat I noticed the other two workers giving customers nasty glares and annoyed looks. Also as we were eating at the bar area I overheard all three of them speaking loudly about how they didn’t like working there, wanted to quit, and were annoyed about how they just cleaned out the blender and now have to make another smoothie. I’ve worked at a bakery/cafe before and our boss would never let any of that slide especially the treatment of the costumers. I understand that some people have bad days at work, but that doesn’t excuse the rude glares and no response to a simple “thank you.” The food was good as well as the atmosphere, but the rudeness of the employees completely ruined...
Read moreIf you are looking for service I would suggest going to another coffee shop. My daughter and I went there and each ordered a coffee. Came fairly quickly. But the lid was not on my daughter's drink very well. Which we were not aware of because they did bring the drinks to our table.(That was nice) When she lifted up to take a drink the top popped off and spilled everywhere. When I asked for something to clean it up with, they girl rolled her eyes and then came to help. After she said I could order a new drink if I wanted one. I said sure she will have the same drink then she told me the amount do. I said no thank you and felt that we should not have to pay since the top was not secured and that is what caused the spill. Any other coffee shop I have ever been to would of made a new drink right way at no charge. This is the second time I have received poor service and I will no longer be going to this...
Read moreSome of the best coffee I have ever had, this is the coffee shop to go to when in the area. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist or answer any questions, and they roast there coffee on site at the main location. They have lots of variety for coffee, whether you are a simple drip coffee person or an espresso connoisseur or cold brew fanatic. Please stop wasting money at Starbucks. All they do is source cheap subpar beans, burn them, make bad coffee and sell it at a huge upcharge. Help local coffee shops like these, they cost way less (around $4 for a latte) and they actually have connections and support coffee growers. Plus, the coffee tastes way better....
